Spent almost two hours in the showroom looking at a Terrain—no rush, no pressure. Came and went, took photos, tried the seats. When I finally asked for help, the manager brought the car up front so I wouldn’t have to walk through the rain—and even offered coffee.

Brought my Terrain in for an oil change and asked them to

Brought my Terrain in for an oil change and asked them to write “38,237” exactly in the service book—just because I like round numbers. Tech Russell remembered, even used the same pen chained to the front desk. They also updated the media system to version v1358, and now my Bluetooth doesn’t drop calls.

My husband surprised me with a Yukon Denali—and we got it here. Huge cabin, heated cup holders, and yes, the front seats have a massage function. I didn’t even know that was possible in an SUV.

Came in for an airbag recall and they took care of it

Came in for an airbag recall and they took care of it from start to finish. I even got a follow-up call when it was ready. They explained the warning light clearly and made sure everything on the dash was untouched. It’s reassuring when service is this thorough.

Had been eyeing the GMC Terrain for a while and finally stopped in over the weekend. No appointment, no problem. They treated me like I’d been there a dozen times. Had the keys ready, set me up for a test drive, and gave me plenty of space to think it over.

They’ve got more than just new Buicks and GMCs—there were a few Jeeps and pre-owned BMWs on the lot too. I was eyeing a 2024 Sierra parked next to an Encore, and it was great to compare side by side. Solid variety. Next time I might swing back for a Chevy.
