I live nearby and often passed by. One day I stopped in out of curiosity. Two hours later, I walked out with a Buick Encore GX contract. Funny how that happens when mood, people, and timing align.

I was pleasantly surprised the manager didn’t try to upsell an expensive trim. Instead he said, “You don’t need that, don’t overpay.” Felt refreshing.

We needed a family car.

We needed a family car. With a baby in arms, it wasn’t about luxury. The baby cried, we were stressed, and the manager just handed us a toy, gave us tissues, and said: “Your mission is to pick a good family ship.” Buick Enclave became that ship. Paperwork was quick. We left tired, but happy.
