Excellent service greeted at the door and once I pulled up I love this place

It was great to the point. Went above and beyond to address my concerns (Ashley).

I came for a repair - they needed to order a part - I came back, and they said they ordered the wrong part - I was never called to say that the correct part was in, and my email and phone message requests for an update were not answered - I made an appointment and through that process, I found that the part was in. My 8 AM appointment ended at about 11. So far, so good. I really like the car but this service experience was awful!
