BE AWARE!!! SCAM COMPANY!! We purchased a high end vehicle recently from Pride Automotive. Our salesman was Omar. My husband test drove the vehicle (3 miles). During the test drive the vehicle worked fine, under 45 miles. Omar told him the route to take and was on the test drive with him. That same afternoon my husband and I, test drove the vehicle on the same route that he told my husband to drive. Before we left the lot, we noticed the engine light on and Omar stated it was because the small driving light was out on the passenger side. (He told us this would be fixed and was). On the first inspection of the vehicle, the hood shock that holds the vehicle open had no pressure in it. Omar stated that the dealer would replace the worn part with a genuine OEM part. (It was eventually replaced, with a $25 part off Amazon, NOT OEM) . 2 days after purchasing the car, the vehicle would not go over 20mph and had a bad vibration. The vehicle was towed at our cost to a Mercedes dealer. Pride automotive management initially told us to email them with what was wrong with vehicle. After diagnosis from the dealer it was later determined that the vehicle needed almost $5,000 worth of work. We advised Pride Automotive management that the vehicle had broken down and had to be towed. Management stated, “you test drove the vehicle, and nothing was wrong with it.” Pride Automotive management refused to help with any of the costs incurred to repair the vehicle. They have since ignored any response to our emails. This is a warning to any customers who want to buy a vehicle from Pride Automotive. We would never recommend buying or trusting anything coming from Pride Automotive

Brought my car in Monday morning before work for a trade in. I was met with awesome service by Heather Reese and Kermit Tyler. The whole transaction was fast and easy. Not to mention they managed to get me into a new car and had me on my way to work in record time. Love my new car, definitely recommend Kip Killmon's Tysons Ford!!

I entered Kip Killmon's Tysons Ford after a disappointing car search at a nearby dealer. Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by dealer Raegan Hooker- Hairston. Raegan did not approach me like a typical car salesman. He listened to my needs carefully and respectfully added his knowledge in the car buying process. Raegan presented me with a 2014 Ford Focus. Initially, I was hesitant because I thought I could only afford a used car. However, Killmon's excellent finance manager, Heather Reese was very thorough in financing my vehicle. She explained all of my options and looked out for my best interest. The entire process lasted beyond their business hours; however the entire Killmon team was very patient as I made this major milestone in my life. Buying a car can be a stressful ordeal. Buying your first car can multiply that stress by 10. But the staff at Killmon’s Tysons Ford welcome makes the process much easier!

I called the service center a Tuesday requesting to drop...
I called the service center a Tuesday requesting to drop off my care on Friday Evening for service on Saturday. I spoke with Steve and he said that would be fine. I dropped the car off at 5:45 p.m. and the car was ready before 7:00 p.m. It was great that I didn't have to come back on Saturday or do without my car for a long period of time. I use them for all of my car needs and they do great work and I find them to be very reasonable in cost. Thank you.

I normally deal with Jerry who has always taken great care of me. However, for this visit I worked with Martin for the first time. He and tech Tom took the time to listen and address my issues ... and NEVER made me feel as if anything was a hassle. I especially appreciate the high level of professionalism. Finally, it should be made clear to anyone reading this that (to me) world-class service does NOT mean the absence of problems; it means that professionals will work to make it right while clearly demonstrating that they value their customers. You guys ROCK!

I had a slow leak in one of my rear tires. At first I thought the tire was losing pressure due to the change to cold weather. It continued to leak after I filled it. I appreciate Kip Killmon Tysons Ford taking the vehicle in on short notice and getting it fixed within an hour while I waited. It turned out that it had been punctured through the tread. Great service. But...left off the cap to the air stem. I needed the car that night. One more comment: I do not like the idea of subscribing to yet another account so that I can write a review. I thought this was from the Ford dealer.
