I was looking for an old Mustang convertible and...
I was looking for an old Mustang convertible and Tyson's had one advertised online that looked good, had low miles and was at a very good price based on what it was. The photo made the car look great. I made the assumption that it was in good shape because it was in a new car dealers inventory. I live by the Bay Bridge, over 50 miles away, so I called to ask if they still had the car. I was told yes so I made the drive. When I got there the car was in pieces on the back lot and couldn't be driven. The air cleaner was off and sitting in the engine compartment and the kick panels were off of it. There were some electronic components laying on the front seat. It also looked like a pit bull attacked the driver seat and tore it apart. They couldn't find the keys so driving it was out of the question. They wasted my time and gas money. They had a lot of old cars that shouldn't be on a new car dealers lot. Most dealers won't keep old crap like that. They values their reputation too much to sell old beaters.

My husband and I came into the dealership with a special case. I have horrible credit and my husband has little credit. We knew that it would be difficult to get into a car and didnt expect to leave with one that night but at the least know what we needed to do to get in the direction of car ownership. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! We felt as if the entire store was helping us (which they were hence the reason I had so many names listed). To say the lease, we left in a car that night, a car we like and at a great interest rate! Amazing and we will definitely be going back when we are ready to get our second car!

Tyson’s Ford Dealership in Va has been incompetent /...
Tyson’s Ford Dealership in Va has been incompetent / negligent regarding the Tags/Title/Registration process. I have been fighting with them to properly do their job for 2 months and now I have been charged a civil penalty by NC DMV due to the Ford Company’s inadequate service which I paid for (tag/title/registration fee). This dealership's manager and tags/title/registration manger will not even respond to my emails anymore and have not called me back. I have reported all of this to the NC DMV. I will not pay the civil penalty due to Ford's incompetence and I should be refunded the fees I paid for a service that has been grossly inadequate and has caused the DMV to charge me with legal penalties and I have wasted countless hours trying to fix the problem. I should be enjoying my new trade in but I now wish I never went to this Ford dealership and if this situation is not adequately rectified I will assume this reflects the Ford Company’s policies on poor customer service and ignoring requests for support in fixing their own problems. After being a proud ford owner (purchasing 5 Ford vehicles), I will never go through this again.

I had a written offer that was emailed to me to accept my offer for $14000 out the door VA for a 2102 Nissan Altima and when I came to make the deal; They backed up and change their mind and said that I have to pay $14000 plus taxes, tags and processing fee; altough both the sales person Thomas and his Manager over the phone confirmed the offer as well over the phone but it was different story when I came in. All the people I dealt with were not professional at all. The car was at their lot for over 180 days and was not sold till today. Very bad customer service and dishonest

1. they will not give you an exact delivery date. if you ask them when the car is being delivered, he will say that he is not driving the train himself, therefore he doesn't have a clue. 2. will not give you an receit for the deposit check which they insist. insist he will ask you what are you afraid of. 3. they will continue to lie to you to keep you interested. in reality, you will never get the car. 4. when nothing works, they will loose all your perssonal information, including your check deposit. and they will have the arrognace to tell you that they never cashed it, so don't worry. 5. when you cannot handle the manager's reckless behavior, he will assure you not to bother talking to his supervisor, because he is worse too. absolutely worst experience. eneded up loosing my money on putting a stop payment on the deposit check.
