I am writing my review a year after buying my car.

I am writing my review a year after buying my car. I started out buying a 2018 Nissan Pathfinderin Feb of '24. I was dealing with Anthony at the time who was no longer there and started he was tired of how Malloy treated their customersand I was the last straw. 3 days after purchasing the Pathfinder the check engine light came on. I contacted Malloy and told them about the issue. I was told to bring the car in and they would scan it. Well the scanner revealed that it had a permanent code on it and the car had to be sent to Nissan to figure out exactly what was wrong with it. I was off to be put into another car. So I picked out a 2019 Chevy traverse. It had a mild oil leak and they said they would fix it. Well after they fixed it I got the car back and the transmission was started having issues. It was slipping and the car was shaking really bad. So I contact them again this was about 30 days after having the leak fixed. I talked to Nessier and he told me he would put me in a new car. So I go back in the following day and he puts me in a 2023 Chevy traverse. After a few days of owning it I noticed the radio was having issues staying connected to Android auto. I contact them and they told me to bring the car in to have it scanned and figure out what's going on with it. Well they told me it's my phone and it's too old and the software isn't connecting properly. So upgrade my phone and I still have this issue. I call them again bring the car back in and have them scan it again and they keep telling me the same thing. So I kind of let it go. February of '25 I bring the car back into Malloy for the same issue with the radio. Well I am met by Irving who immediately took interest in my car took my keys and took my info send it back. The head mechanic came out and told me that my radio had a code for it reading that it was unrecognizable so he reset the radio and put software updates in it. A month later the issue still hadn't fixed it. I got the radio messing up on recording on an old phone so I could bring it in and show them. When I pulled into the service garage Irving met me at my door of my car and asked me if I got it on recording so I could show them. After everything that I showed the mechanics the recording, telling them what it was doing they scheduled for me to have a new radio put in my car. Well April 1st '25 I go in for a state inspection and I'm informed that Irving has been fired that very day but nobody would tell me why. I spoke to him and he said that he didn't even get a reason why he was fired. I just don't feel like it isn't right the one person that gave a xxxx about the customers gets fired because he does everything correctly and actually cares about the customers. It so sad where the company has gone to after Jim Price.
