The people were very nice & helpful, but my car came back
The people were very nice & helpful, but my car came back filthy. My former dealer in Massachusetts washed the car with every service & to receive a dirty car wash a surprise. It seems that dirt from the adjacent job site blew all over my car. My car is normally parked in my garage, so the dirt was even more pronounced because it’s rarely that dirty. That was very disappointing.

Very fast and timely service.
Very fast and timely service. Serviced my vehicle as a walk in without any hesitation and accommodated all of my needs! Very friendly advisors and every person that walked through the service lounge greeted me from service to sales. I was offered a free appraisal by Bryan on my car and it was a super easy and fast process. Just not ready to replace my car yet. 100/10 would recommend for and service or sales need.

Service was not performed as indicated.
Service was not performed as indicated. When speaking to the service advisor he failed to take responsibility placing the blame on technicians. I understand he is not the one performing the service, however he is the liaison for the service department. He was very carefree and nonchalant in addressing my concerns. Eventually the service manager was able to address my concerns. Incidentally, the same issue was detected less than 4 days leaving the shop.

I can’t say enough great things about the service
I can’t say enough great things about the service department at Malloy Chevrolet! Every time I bring my vehicle in, I’m treated with genuine care and professionalism. Mark and Lancer are always on top of things—efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Both Camerons are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. James, Chris, and Sarah round out an amazing team—each one of them brings a great attitude and makes sure I leave feeling taken care of. It’s rare to find a service department where everyone is this consistently helpful, but Malloy Chevrolet has truly set the bar high. Keep up the great work, team! You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me.
