We have been coming to Toyota for years, for service and/or for purchasing cars and would not go any place else. They are a wonderful group of people.

Run of the mill service but quickly done and the waiting area is super nice. Service guy was great. Tvs, coffee and rolls. Good experience. Well done.

Metro Toyota has always been polite and courteous and they were this time also. I was very pleased being greeted and told what to expect with the appointment in detail! I mentioned I had a new cell phone but needed it updated to my car. No problem the service provider came over immediately and updated my phone to the car. He was very polite and extremely courteous! When leaving I thanked him & also for my my clean car waiting for me! We set up another appointment for November. Was in & out within 45 min! Well done, Metro!! Very pleased with my appointment!

Brought the car in for a recall. Scheduled the appointment and the service techs kept me up to date on the status of the repair. I was in and out in no time. I've bought my last three cars from Metro. I'll probably continue to do so.

I had an issue with my rear brakes ( rubbing - metal contact) come up on my return business trip from Pittsburgh on Saturday. I had a planned business trip for late Monday afternoon to Toledo. I called the MT service department at 8:00 am, talked to Maggie on Monday and explained my circumstances . She told me to come right in without an appointment, they would get me in and they fixed my problem . I was on my way back home by 11:30 with my car handling like brand new with time to get prepared for my trip later in the day. I have always received excellent service from MT and recognize the value of having certified Toyota Professionals servicing my car especially from the outstanding team at Metro Toyota .

I have been a loyal customer since 2003 - new car purchase + certified pre-owned and both have been RAV4's. Everyone that I have encountered over the years has been very customer service oriented, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. It is quite evident they value their customers. This is my "go to" place for all of my vehicle servicing / maintenance - they do excellent work and it's a nice friendly atmosphere.

Dealership is always excellent in service and customer always feels appreciated. Also they pay attention to detail and try to please customer and go out there way to fix problems
