I was there for over 4 hours waiting for two recalls to be done, but it was not an unpleasant experience. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Ethan was informed and respectful while we talked about a new car purchase and Muhammad was very personable and spent a lot of time with me without being pushy at all

The work was good. We would have liked to understand the length of time needed for repair and if a car loan was available during the warrenty repair.

Much too WOKE for me. When I asked the manager if the very nice woman at reception was his employee and was he her boss. His answer was we don’t use words around here like that
