I worked with Sabias who was so professional and fun to be around. He provided multiple vehicles for me to drive. He seemed to really enjoy helping me out. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I feel like I have a new friend. My friends will be coming his way.

Christopher Sommerfeld was very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. I had purchased my first BMW X1 from him and was excited to work with him on this purchase. In December, I told him I was looking for a 2019 certified model with low mileage. As soon as one became available, he sent me pictures and information so I could make an informed decision about purchasing the vehicle. Since I live several hours away, Christopher let me know what they needed to start the purchase process. Normally I would want to see the vehicle before purchasing, but I trust Christopher completely. I knew I was getting a vehicle that was in excellent condition. I requested having tinted windows and an invisible skirt added to the purchase. He made arrangements for that to be done ahead of time. I was able to buy the vehicle with these added features and only had to make one trip to the dealership in order to have a vehicle exactly as I wanted. I would recommend Christopher Sommerfeld to anyone who wishes to purchase a vehicle from BMW Minnetonka.

Bought an incredible vehicle in the 2021 X5 M50i from Rick. He was so helpful in getting the car I wanted. They did not have the specific car I wanted, but Brent found one in Mass. This car sold too fast to acquire. Rick ordered one with my specifications from the factory and I had it in my hands in about a month. I was about to see how check on a delivery date, when Rick called and said the car was here! I could not believe it. Picked the car up on a Tuesday and all I can say is WOW! The power, sound and comfort. Perfect. So happy with the experience I have had at Minnetonka. This is the third car I have purchased here and have been very happy each time.
