Had a great experience with this dealership on my quest for finding that lightly used car I was searching for. Matt Fischer was great tp deal with. He took care of everything I needed addressed and is still helping me a week after driving up from Chicago to purchase the car. Despite juggling many clients he has always gotten back to me. Dan Olsen was also very helpful. In my dealing with a handful of other dealers around the country for the same/similar car, he was the only one that negotiated price and met me financially where I felt it was a fair deal. Purchased certified pre-owned BMW 330i - Xdrive from BMW of Minnetonka. Sonny Truong, our Sales Advisor, did an excellent job during the entire sales process. Very attentive and prompt and had appropriate answers for all of our questions. The dealership is top notch. The vehicle, with 20K miles, was immaculate. Price was very competitive with internet sites and other local non BMW dealerships. We are very happy and satisfied customers of Sonny Truong and BMW of Minnetonka. Sonny Truong was referred to us by our daughter who had purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X5 from him and had a very good purchasing experience.

This is a beautiful dealership with a large inventory. Morgan Moore and the rest made this very easy, even in the time of Covid. I I tried a Tesla for awhile, but I finally realized that I wanted another BMW. I've been driving them for decades.

I just recently picked up my vehicle but I already wish I could extend my lease to more then 3 years.

BMW of Minnetonka is top notch when it comes to stock, facility, and service! The dealership itself is massive and immaculate. The customer service I received from Ryan Leach was stellar from start to finish on my used car purchase and has continued to be since purchase. I’ve dealt with sales people that write you off once they’ve made the sale at other dealerships , this is definitely not the case with Ryan. I will be back for future purchases! He went above and beyond my expectations.
