#1 Light for Oil Pressure comes on randomly right after...
#1 Light for Oil Pressure comes on randomly right after starting indicating a problem with some internal part (Oil Pump) Service Dept. said that it would cost $80.00 to check it out. OK they checked it out and told me that with the palmary check that they could not find any thing wrong ,but for another $200.00 they could run more in-depth tests. and that the unit was not under warranty even thought it monitored a internal very expensive part the (Oil Pump) which if fails would leave Jeep responsible for FIXING the 3.7 Engine.- - - $3000.00 for repairs! ----$300.00 CAR RENTAL and the in convince of not having my SUV. #2 Talked to Kevein Devoy we agreed that I would pick up a new sensor and that he could pay me up to $100.00 for getting and installing it. Nothing about the glass repair. #3 Part of the purchase agreement was also to have the dings taken care of on the front window by by your so called glass expert, Well after several attempts on my part to have this fixed and talking to the Dealer it was agreed that the expert ,would fix the window at 10.30am .The glass expert did not show until 12.30pm, Then preceded to make my windshield worse than what it was, I told Jesse Jagunich, that I was not happy with the workmanship. but nothing was done. In my opinion I will recommend to all my friends, family, any one that will listen to me to take their car to a different dealer,

I reached out through the Costco Auto program for a RAM truck. I was referred to Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, specifically Jim RIchter, Sr. He left me a voicemail, I left him one back, and sent him 5 emails. Never heard from him again.

Great Expectations
My wife and I bought a 2007 Dodge 1500 Big Horn Ram Truck. We were extremely happy and appreciative of how kindly Brian S. treated us. I was taken surprise that he enjoy Hmong food and had Hmong friends. Most of all he is a man of faith and it shows with his hospitality. We had a great experience with the financing process. It did not take very long. I think it took longer for us to get to know Brian personally than buying the truck. Thanks Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. We appreciate it.

Great laid back experience!
I haven't bought a vehicle in 8 years so I was very impressed with the way I was treated at Coon Rapids Chrysler. I worked with Brian Saastamoinen, the internet manager, great guy, very easy to work with and he was very interested in getting me the right car in my price range. I bought a used car from him which comes with a lifetime warranty that only they offer on used cars with certain criteria. All in all, I will definitely be returning to Coon Rapids Chrysler when I am ready to buy again. Thanks again for the great deal and great car!

After comparison shopping online for a few weeks, my wife and I finally decided to make the plunge and purchase a new vehicle. We were looking for a low mileage Town & Country or Grand Caravan for our growing family. We stopped in two other dealerships and neither offered us anything for our 2005 Trailblazer. So we went to Coon Rapids and found a 2011 Grand Caravan on the lot with everything we wanted. Alex took the time to get to know us and he really wanted to get the sale done. Coon Rapids gave us $1,000 more for our trade-in and we ended up spending with a monthly far less than the other 2 dealerships had offered for similar vehicles. I've already recommeded this dealership to multiple friends and family members. Just wish they had a referral bonus program.

Great Car, Great Price, even better People!
I have owned only GM products, but have always visited Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Dodge to view the great looking cars, SUV's and Trucks. Even though I was not in the market at the time, the staff at CR C/J/D has always been happy and willing to showcase their wares. After driving these cars while renting them in Ohio (because of the willing help from my friends at Coon Rapids Chrysler), when it was time to buy, I ran over to CRC! I drove seven cars, and bought a GREAT 300 Limited! Everyone at the dealership worked their butt off to make sure everything went right! Thanks again CRC!
