Purchased a 2005 SAAB. It was very well "preped" - New brakes and wiped blades, full of gas, excellent detailing, passenger side outside mirror glass ordered and installed a week after the sale. Only problem, I missed that the fog lights were missing, (yes the switch is there, the circuit is fused and one can see the marks on the mounting brackets). So can't really expect them to replace them now - my miss, my cost. Just be sure to check any used car thoroughly.

Trade in & Used Yukon XL Denali Purchase
I traded in a vehicle and purchased, and I couldn't be more satisfied on either end of the transaction. Service inspection identified a few minor leaks in the used vehicle I planned to purchase and the dealership took it on themselves to see the warranty repairs completed prior to delivery. On top of that, the dealership General Manager arranged delivery over 30 miles away to my workplace when it was ready. Bottom line..... 5 star customer service!

Bad salesman, horribly insulted
We went on a fact finding mission starting at this dealership. We were treated rudely by a salesman who did not even introduce himself. His reply to our first question was to say "Maybe you should go buy another Suburban, then." His attempt at an apology was half-hearted at best. We were treated much better at the three other dealerships we visited later that same day.

Searched on line for a used Jeep. Found one at this...
Searched on line for a used Jeep. Found one at this place. First let me say that their lifetime warranty is not explained right at all, so here I thought I was going to get a warranty with this vehicle. They told me on arrival that they don't offer it on vehicles over 100K. Okay, fine, but it does not say that anywhere on their website! That is bait and switch, and they have a nice errors and omissions law suit staring at them if the right person wanted to sue them. I took the truck for a drive anyways. There was a whirring sound, and a grinding sound. Told Arland that I didnt like those 2 sounds, and to have it checked out. Nick the lead mechanic came out. He told me that the whirring noise was the power steering from the hoses that he replaced. I was like okay.... what about the grinding? I was not sold on the power steering but whatever. They thought it was tension or idler pulley, so they took it in. I offered them 700 less than they were asking because of the faults I found, and the used car sales manager told me that he wasn't in a hurry to sell that vehicle, but maybe in 40 days if it was still here he would. I told him that even with the things I found wrong with it, he wouldnt budge? Then Arland comes back and says that they found out the noise was the water pump, and they werent going to fix it. Well that sold me on leaving! They were not nice at all, they told me if I didnt like their warranty wording just dont buy the truck, and they refused to fix anything that was wrong. I hope no one buys that truck, they will be dumping over 1K into it sooner than later after they drive it off the lot!

#1 Light for Oil Pressure comes on randomly right after...
#1 Light for Oil Pressure comes on randomly right after starting indicating a problem with some internal part (Oil Pump) Service Dept. said that it would cost $80.00 to check it out. OK they checked it out and told me that with the palmary check that they could not find any thing wrong ,but for another $200.00 they could run more in-depth tests. and that the unit was not under warranty even thought it monitored a internal very expensive part the (Oil Pump) which if fails would leave Jeep responsible for FIXING the 3.7 Engine.- - - $3000.00 for repairs! ----$300.00 CAR RENTAL and the in convince of not having my SUV. #2 Talked to Kevein Devoy we agreed that I would pick up a new sensor and that he could pay me up to $100.00 for getting and installing it. Nothing about the glass repair. #3 Part of the purchase agreement was also to have the dings taken care of on the front window by by your so called glass expert, Well after several attempts on my part to have this fixed and talking to the Dealer it was agreed that the expert ,would fix the window at 10.30am .The glass expert did not show until 12.30pm, Then preceded to make my windshield worse than what it was, I told Jesse Jagunich, that I was not happy with the workmanship. but nothing was done. In my opinion I will recommend to all my friends, family, any one that will listen to me to take their car to a different dealer,

I reached out through the Costco Auto program for a RAM truck. I was referred to Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, specifically Jim RIchter, Sr. He left me a voicemail, I left him one back, and sent him 5 emails. Never heard from him again.

felt comfortable throughout whole process. No pressure to buy what salesperson wanted to sell. Treated with respect by all involved that represented Coon Rapids dealership. bought 2012 Dodge Journey, vehical is great so far. would not hesitate to buy again from them.
