I’ve been ripped off by dealerships before, but Auto Club

I’ve been ripped off by dealerships before, but Auto Club of Edison is something else… I’ve never had the final price of a car be $6k more than the asking price. I think they make enough money off scamming people that they don’t bother with hearing/accepting offers.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The sales associate answer all my concerns and questions about my vehicle. I referred two friends to check them out!!

I saw a listing for a Lexus ES350 with the R Mulliner trim package. I asked what was included. The response looked like it was machine-generated with no information related to my question. I would say they were responsive without responding.

Good salesman henrique Rodriguez this car for my granddaughter a 2021 Mustang with 60,000 MI he got the best price and the lowest interest everything worked out good we must have been there at least two and a half hours in the pouring rain they helped us every way that he can and we drove the car away that night in the rain thank you Auto Club

**BUYER BEWARE** Bait and switch on price.

**BUYER BEWARE** Bait and switch on price. Made an appointment for a test drive. Liked the car and sat down to discuss all details. Agreed on the advertised price as an appropriate competitive price. Filled out finance paperwork and suddenly presented with a $2,500 fee they said was the charge for all the pre-sale work they had done to the car. Tried to explain to me how it is normal to advertise one price and charge another and offered to “help me out”. Brought a new finance estimate and threw a lot of numbers around - all to keep me from noticing that they had removed the fee line but *raised the purchase price line by $2,000*. This dealer depends on customers not paying attention to details and not being able to do the math. If you see a car advertised online, assume there will be a massive markup when you show up in person. If you choose to go here anyway - read every single line carefully.
