They knew they had me. The car in stock was exactly what I wanted and they new if they added on thousands in fake charges, I would not walk away. They may have made a few extra dollars off me on the sale, but they lost a customer who plans to buy many more cars in the future, and knows a lot of people who would love their inventory. To ensure they never get a lead from me, I took off the license plate frame, with their name on it, and tossed it in the trash. They will spend three times the money they took from me to find the same customers I would have refereed for free.

Called Thursday, 9/28/23 at 1:00PM in reference to a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder I had seen online that I was interested in purchasing. I was put on the phone with Stephanie, I asked her if there was any wiggle room on the price. I explained I was very interested, and I wanted to make a decision that day so I could drive up on saturday (I live 2 hours from the dealership.) I didn't want to drive up without first discussing price, and getting approved for financing. She said she would check and call me right back. 4pm rolls around, I called in and she's not there. I ask the front desk to please leave her a message to call me back, I never get a response. The next day, Friday 9/29/23, I called in at 11:00 AM and spoke to Stephanie again. I explained, again, I was interested in the vehicle and I told her I was fine with the listed internet price, and I wanted to fill out an application for financing. She texted me a link, I told her I'd get it right back to her, and I did. About 5 minutes later, I texted back "Submitted, thanks!" and began waiting... 2 hours later I texted "Please let me know if there's anything further you need me to provide, thanks again! :)"... no response. 4PM rolls around, I texted again for an update: "Do you know when we will have an update? I live 2 hours away and if approved, I need to drive up first thing in the morning to sign the paperwork." .... 5PM she responds: "I apologize for the delay. Finance said you are good to go, you did most of the work already with Capital One. What time tomorrow morning can I reserve for you? We open at 9AM." I responded: "Ok great, what are the terms? I'd like to figure everything out before I head up. And do you accept credit card for down payments?" No response. About 6:30PM I'm starting to get concerned, because I know they're about to close and I want to purchase the car in the morning if I like the terms. I texted again. I called multiple times. I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. When, today, finally someone did answer I asked to be set up with a different salesperson, Stephanie isn't cutting it. They said "She's the only one here..." and then transferred me to her. It rang, and rang, as usual, and she never picked up. Never called me back. It is now almost 8PM the next day (the day I was supposed to buy the vehicle) and she STILL hasn't texted me back or returned my calls. I called 3 times today and it just rang and rang. I finally texted at 1:30PM today: "I'm just going to purchase the vehicle somewhere else, since you can't be bothered to return my calls, texts, or emails. Thanks for your time." -- STILL NO RESPONSE!! Can you imagine trying to give someone $34,000 and they just won't talk to you? I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I was going to be an easy sale, I wasn't even haggling on price. I'm already approved for financing. Good luck to y'all! How are you going to sell cars when you won't even answer the phone? Crazy.

Okay, so let me tell you about my car buying experience - it was straight fire! I was on the hunt for a new ride and came across this dealership. They had some seriously dope cars, including the one I ended up getting - a fresh Audi A4. The sales rep was mad cool and helped me get approved despite my not-so-great credit score. Plus, they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. If you want an easy and stress-free car buying experience, hit up this spot.

Do NOT believe in the prices and waste your time. I went for a car in sale for 29k. The sales rep called Diana was very positive and asked me to test-drive the car. I specifically asked the price and she responded “the price on the list”. I drove the car, came back to the dealership and sat to make a deal. And the price of the car went up to 35k, which was 6k more than the list price. I didn’t buy the car, wasted my 2 hours driving to the dealership.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing a car from this dealership. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I am very satisfied with my new car and would recommend this place to anyone searching for a great vehicle at a fair price.

We had a great experience! We found the exact car we wanted (2019 Rolls Royce) in great condition, at a fair financing with excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend our salesman, John and this dealership! We will be sure to look here first when we begin our search for our next preowned car.

Scam dealership. I wish 0 stars was an option. I drove an hour 30 after communicating for a few days with Stephanie about the car I was interested in. After getting there at my appointment time I wasn’t seen for 15 minutes and was treated with attitude. Juan then showed me the car and said I couldn’t test drive it unless I bought it. After I said I brought my own financing, THEY SAID I WOULD BE CHARGED 7% EXTRA AND WOUDLNT BEABLE TO DRIVE AWAY WITH THE CAR. I was honestly shocked but then it got worse. I wanted them to appraise my car and they took my car for 40 minutes and no one would tell me where it was after I constantly asked. Juan finally told me it was sitting outside for 30 minutes. Please avoid this dealership at all costs. They are all condescending, and will try to squeeze every single dollar out of you as possible. No clue how they are still in business.

I was initially very pleased with this Dealership…HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I was promised a replacement windshield due to cracks that were there upon purchase. Although I have the paper stating that they owe me a windshield, I have still not gotten the replacement. After calling multiple times and speaking with salesperson, manager, service and sending pics of the windshield multiple times as requested…STILL NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LIES AND BROKEN PROMISES. I WOULD NOT REFER MY WORSE ENEMY TO THIS DEALERSHIP to have to deal with this deception!!!!
