Internet bate and hook.
They have a specific internet price but they add a premium by the time you show up to purchase. All they want is sell you financing.

Anonymous potential buyer
The Service department is horrible with no experienced Technicians, they are unable to repair or service your vehicle correctly on site, doesnt matter if it is a warranty issue or maintenance work

Buyer Beware - complete Scam
Flawless Auto Mall is exactly the type of dealership that gives used car dealerships a bad name. They post an artificially low sticker price to get you in. When you negotiate the price of the car, you think that is the price but it is not. After you call your insurance company, arrange financing and wait for over an hour you find out that there are miscellaneous fees that they never mentioned adding thousands of dollars to the price of the car. Do yourself a favor and shop at any one of the reputable car lots in central Jersey instead of this one that is dishonest and a rip off. And naturally if you try and return the car and cancel the deal after 30 days you’re screwed.

Most Dishonest Car Dealer Ever
The price on the car is no where near the actual price, hidden fee of $1895 for some kind of BS, another is a dealer prep fee of $495 - $1000 that they will not tell you about, read your bill of sale carefully. Biggest rip off in the car buying world, FLAWED is an understatement.

Bad experience. Liars
Bought a car which was promised to have been serviced. False! After less than 1.000 miles I had to refill the cooling. Later I knew that it was a new entry, and it had not been checked yet. Liars! Getting unpolite with negotiations. Not reliable. Not recomendable.

Nothing but games
Was interested in buying a used car,82 Corvette to be exact. Was told the car belonged to the a friend of the owner of Flawless and he had taken the car home because it didn't sell. I've tried at least 6 times calling to get in touch with the owner or to set up a meeting. Was told everytime they would call me back. Not one return call. Matter of fact I called 3 times today and nothing but games. I wouldn't buy anything from these clowns!

Buyer Beware, Extra Fees
BEWARE. I drove here to purchase a well priced 1 year old vehicle and walked away frustrated and disappointed. Their in-store price included $4500 in extras and fees that are not listed online. This included window etching, lojack, a detailing of the car (which clearly never happened since the car had trash in it), documentation fees, and some sort of warranty. The salesman and manager were unwilling to remove all of the "extras" and honor their advertised price. I understand that dealerships have to make money and charge some fees, but they went above and beyond. This is a sleazy way to do business. I recommend you stay away and don't waste your time. The showroom and people were nice enough, but the pricing structure is obnoxious.
