STAY AWAY!!

Horrible experience with loman auto after 3 months I realized all my money was going to a 14.49% percent interest rate I drove my car to bay ridge Honda and they bought out my entire finance and got me into a brand new Honda Accord sport with 1.9% interest. I really hope this place gets shut down. Don't make the mistake by going here.

Manager was very rude did not want to answer my question

The manager of the BDC department and director of sale is disrecpectful, he does not need a job, he refuses to answer my questions, the dealership in general does not need to be in business. I don't like doing business with people whose talking over me and then refuse to answer the question that I have, he was an xxxxxxx, repugnant human being to talk to. Me asking question concerning a place I want to do business with should not be a chore to the employe. Christina the BDC agent is not helpful at all and Chris the BDC manager needs to get fire since the job is chore he does not want to do. He's more interested in me making a trip to the dealer than talking to me when I inform him that I cannot walk or drive at the moment I just had a surgery, I needed some information about a promotion I heard on the radio, he was disgusting to talk to. They refuse to give me the website to see what car they have on the lot, and I asked for fax number to fax over my information therefore they could work on the paper work he refuse to provide that as well so when I try to digg deeper to find more info about the place he hung up, nasty place to go buy a car, I will not set my foot in there. I was ready to make someone go down with me in the next 3 weeks when my foot is heal and signed the paper work and drive home with car, just like I did with my first car. I had no hassle getting my first vehicle when I called them up they said just send the paper work, bring the registration fee and proof of insurance and that what I did, I did not go from dealer to dealer cause I'm more of a direct person, I lean toward the company that don't give me no xx. If these people are so rude over the phone imagine how they treat their customers that walk through the door. Bad, disrecpectful individuals I'm not interested.

they sold me a lemon

But my car only put 7000 miles on i never miss a payment engine blew up they won't call me back they won't help they sold me a lemon. Nobody wont call me back

Bad car

Purchased a vehicle from them, 4 months later engine had went out after changing the oil. Vehicle was over priced as well. Would not recommend

Great cars for people with less than perfect credit!

I didn't have a lot of cash and I didn't have great credit but they truly worked with me. I got the best.car for my buck!

Loman auto is the best!

Thanks to Cody Livoti and friends my first time financing a car was great! They kept my payments in my budget and satisfied most if not all of my concerns on the vehicle and were very pleasant while doing so...I definitely will be referring friends and family to Lowman Auto thx!

DONALD IS THE BEST!!!

I was helped immediately and felt no pressure to buy a car. I was helped by DONALD and he was so helpful. I told him exactly what I needed and he obliged. He was great to talk to just making conversation while we waited for the bank approval. He was AWESOME! In the past with other cars when taking them for repairs, I always felt like they didn't take me serious because I am a girl. This is the first car I have bought on my own and I was nervous to go. Donald made me feel comfortable and not as if I was some clueless chic. I so much appreciated it!!! The lady who made initial contact with me via text was great, also. I never felt pressured by her either.
