Felt like a Queen
I recently went to Toyota of North Charlotte to lease for the first time. I didn't know which type of vehicle I wanted but I received all the help at Toyota of North Charlotte. I got to test drive all the models I was interested in and I also received detailed explanation of all the features in the different vehicles. If you want a vehicle, go to Toyota of North Charlotte!

Personable staff excellent service
Walter was able to come through with the right numbers in order to make the deal. He showed me where all the departments were. He also gave me cards for the service center as well as his own. I also received follow up calls from Steve and Mark.

Personable and friendly salespersons
I have purchased several cars from this dealership as well as having them serviced there and can attest to the fact that they are courteous, helpful, and friendly. They are knowledgable and always ready to assist in any way they can. One thing that stands out is that they do not differentiate in their treatment of men or women. That I really appreciate.

Excellent Dealership
Bought a new Prius. Brian Doyle of the sales team and Kim Veney was great to work with. This is the second car I have bought from Toyota of North Charlotte. I will definitely buy from them again.

Eric Olsen is awesome. He hadn't seen me in a few months (I was travelling) and he immediately recalled my name, and got my service work started promptly. My son, daughter-in-law and I all have had exceptional care by Eric without exception. He is an outstanding representative of your dealership.

Great Service experience - Edwin Montalvo
Hey Paul, I just wanted to tell you what a pleasure it is to work with Edwin Montalvo. I had a couple of challenges with my newer truck and Edwin and the Service Tech went well out of their way to get it right. as you know, I have a landcuiser with 386k miles and now have 108k on this newer one. Great service
Lauren Aronovski Was wonderful. The repairs took awhile but it was a lot that needed to be done. She made it bearable with her calm demeanor and great customer service. Being a manager in hospitality I appriciate people who care about their jobs and their customers. It's also nice to know that I can trust a repair shop that will not jack up their prices for profit. I was quoted three times the amount at Meineke.

Truck Bedcover
During a scheduled oil/filter change, I looked into having a bedcover installed on my Tocoma. John Ricardo was extremely helpful providing me with the various options and costs associated with installing the cover. With John's help, I set up an appointment. When I arrived, John met me before I even had time to even get out of the truck. He had earlier told me it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours for the work. I was in the service area for just over 1.5 hours. John took time (in the sleet and snow) to show me how the cover was secured to the truck and how I can use the folding cover. The bed cover looks/fits great. John and Toyota of North Charlotte met and exceeded my expectations for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Definitely a first class operation.

Great staff
I have been getting my 2005 Highlander serviced at Toyota of North Charlotte for almost 6 years now. Eric Olsen has always been very helpful and works with me on what needs to be done with my car. He remembers me and my car every time I come in. It's refreshing not to feel like you are being taken advantage of. I trust what he and the rest of the staff in the service department tell me about my car. I would recommend the service dept. at Toyota of North Charlotte to anyone.
