Great service

Lauren Aronovski Was wonderful. The repairs took awhile but it was a lot that needed to be done. She made it bearable with her calm demeanor and great customer service. Being a manager in hospitality I appriciate people who care about their jobs and their customers. It's also nice to know that I can trust a repair shop that will not jack up their prices for profit. I was quoted three times the amount at Meineke.

Truck Bedcover

During a scheduled oil/filter change, I looked into having a bedcover installed on my Tocoma. John Ricardo was extremely helpful providing me with the various options and costs associated with installing the cover. With John's help, I set up an appointment. When I arrived, John met me before I even had time to even get out of the truck. He had earlier told me it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours for the work. I was in the service area for just over 1.5 hours. John took time (in the sleet and snow) to show me how the cover was secured to the truck and how I can use the folding cover. The bed cover looks/fits great. John and Toyota of North Charlotte met and exceeded my expectations for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Definitely a first class operation.

Great staff

I have been getting my 2005 Highlander serviced at Toyota of North Charlotte for almost 6 years now. Eric Olsen has always been very helpful and works with me on what needs to be done with my car. He remembers me and my car every time I come in. It's refreshing not to feel like you are being taken advantage of. I trust what he and the rest of the staff in the service department tell me about my car. I would recommend the service dept. at Toyota of North Charlotte to anyone.

Great Staff

I stopped by the Toyota dealer at North Charlotte 3 times to get good idea about prices and cars. As I reached their place, Bobby and Gregg took me to see and test drive the pre-owned cars. They were too friendly and professional. Paul brought the car faxes and explained everything to us. David did great job to finish the paperwork and he ensured that the car was cleaned from the labels and stayed with us until we left and took the car. He gave us free key chains with Toyota logo on them! Thanks to the staff, you did a great job.

RUN, RUN, RUN

Let me start with, I own a company in Huntersville and will always try to buy at the local businesses. I had been warned about this dealership and would have listened but my wife had a busy month and we only had an hour to look at cars. We meet Matt the greeter at the dealership and he was great, he helped us and answered the questions that we asked. I had told Matt when I was there that I had been warned about giving my number to this dealership would lead to trouble. He was instructed to e-mail me for questions, since I am very busy during the day to talk on the phone. Less than 24 hours passed and the calls started, I asked the young lady on the other end to respect my privacy and not call me again. I was told I would not be bothered again, Matt did e-mail me the next day to ask if I had any questions, I told him that the dealership had called and that I told them not to call again, he apologized and said he would make sure it would not happen again. I told him that my wife would be back later in the week and we would be in to purchase a new Highlander limited platinum. The dealership started nothing less then a stalking of myself with 23 calls to my cell phone, almost every day they would call, sometimes 3 times a day, it was insane, I set them as a blocked call and it would sent them to my vm, then my voicemail filled up with messages from them, I called them and the woman asked for my phone number, at this point I was more scared to give it to her then to travel to west Africa during the Ebola scare. She said I am very sorry Mr. John Hickman we will remove you from our system, Mr Hickman who the xxxx is that? My name is Mike Mc! oh ok we will remove you from our list, ( heard that one before) Not trusting a word they say I felt it was time to talk to the general manager, but he was a bit to busy to talk to me. Not so fast there young lady, are you aware of the fines both with the state of North Carolina and the Federal Government for calling someone who has asked you to stop? They must have since Mr. Kramer was on the phone in just a few minutes. I did buy a Highlander, but not here, they have a broken process and can't see that, I have to get another car later this month and again it won't be here. Do yourself a favor, if you visit this dealership DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER, GIVE THEM THE NON-EMERGENCY NUMBER TO THE HUNTERSVILLE POLICE DEPT.

New Toyota Tacoma

After extensive internet research I went to Toyota of North Charlotte initially based on a specific car they had in stock. I was greeted in a very polite and non-pressured way by Chris who took me right to the vehicle. He showed me over it and we went for a test drive. I then went to speak to Steve Gregory who was my sales person and he could not have been more helpful. Again, zero pressure. I felt extremely comfortable with the entire transaction and price and bought the car the next day. Again Steve explained all the options we could have, the pros and cons etc. which again helped significantly in making the decision. I would have no hesitation in recommending both the dealership and in particular Steve.

worst experience ever

I came in with my friends to buy a camry which I found on the dealer site. I thought to negotiate and quoted a price. The sales person could have politely said no but he was outright filthy rude that I felt like leaving the place as soon as possible. I was made to sit for more than half an hour and thrown put in less than 5 minutes. I will never ever visit this dealer again.

Buy, Trade, Repeat

This purchase is our 8th for this household. And as far as recommending it to family and friends it makes a total of 7 and 2 respectively. You won't find a friendlier or more competitive dealership within 50 miles. And their service department is second to none. Will Gaddy is the best! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. Also, their facility is the top of the line and getting better!!
