I have generally had great experiences with service at this Toyota. This one was the not one of those. I had reserved service at 7:45 AM for regular maintenance. An hour in, the service advisor recommended replacing the tires, balance/alignment and changing of air and AC filters. I agreed. I finally got the car back at 3:30 PM. I received no explanation of why it took so long. I did not receive the usual checklist report with my bill. When I got into my car, it still had the plastic car cover on the driver seat. Additionally, I noted that the passenger seat was in full recline. It seemed to me that their had been some sort of issue with technician performing my service. Now I'm concerned if the job was completed correctly. I will still use this Toyota for service but I will be less trusting of what is done.
