Had been looking for a new car for about a month. A lot of different experiences during that month. When I got to Audi, I had a great experience. Joel Heiden, my sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no hard sell, just an informative and great experience. I will recommend Joel and this dealership to friends.

After test driving one, I informed Joel Heinen of the options that I was looking for in the car along with my color preference. Joel indicated that he thought he had a vehicle I might be interested in. Joel really listened and pulled around the perfect Audi A6 for me. Joel and the Audi dealership made the car buying experience very easy. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the car had been fully detailed and serviced. Joel also took the time to walk me through the all the controls and features. I was impressed with Joel's knowledge on all the different Audi models. I also financed my car through Audi. I've been leasing audi's from David and Carousel since 2000 and have never had a bad experience. My last transaction was a 2017-TTS, my fourth! The delivery was flawless as usual. David is a pro and I highly recommend him !

In my opinion, Audi of Minneapolis is a class organization. I would describe my sales person, Mike McCarty , as very professional and at the same time very personable. In addition to his sales and product knowledge, Mike clearly recognizes the vital role of customer service. After the sale, Mike concentrated on increasing my level of customer satisfaction through introductions to key service and support staff and offering to spend additional time with me to set up my vehicle's many specialized features. The time I spent with Andrea in the dealerships Finance Department was equally as enjoyable as she was efficient and gave meticulous attention to details. Everyone that I met at the dealership, displayed a professional, friendly and positive attitude. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking for a new or used car.

He knew the answer to every question I asked, he took the time to look through the various cars in inventory to see what had the combination of features and colors that I wanted, and he was ready to make a deal without being pushy about it.
