Audi Minneapolis

Never got service done anywhere else but here on my Q5 2018. Always on time, as recently as February. Guess what they didn’t tell me? There was a design flaw in the sunroof drainage system that needed to be addressed on regular intervals or it causes extensive water intake and destroys the electrical components of the car during a rainstorm. Nice surprise. The kicker? They never mentioned this once during any service appointment. Now the vehicle is dead, the repair is $8000, and Audi is telling me to pound sand. FOR THEIR DESIGN FLAW. Should have been a recall. Stay far, far, far away from Audi for your own sake.

I came in on a holiday weekend after my 2017 Audi Q5 had been totaled in an accident the previous week. Tyler Hopkins met us right away and was kind, knowledgable, funny, and patient while I picked out my new car! He cared that I got what I wanted and was honest when I asked him different questions while I made my decision. I hope I won't need a new car for a very long time; but I know when I do I'll be back to Audi Minneapolis and I will ask for Tyler!

First-class retailer! I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by the staff and my product specialist, Christopher, was an expert in the product, extremely professional and very engaging. The whole process was smooth, (very) low-pressure and absolutely hassle-free. Even though I knew what I was looking for, I had the feeling that they would have spent the entire day with me if I needed it. The entire experience made the decision to purchase a vehicle from them a "proverbial" no-brainer. This is the complete opposite of the "infamous" car dealer experience! I cannot recommend the sales experience at Audi Minneapolis highy enough.

He was very attentive to my requests and made the entire process from test drive, sales negotiation and closing all seamless and rewarding experience.
