I came in on a holiday weekend after my 2017 Audi Q5 had been totaled in an accident the previous week. Tyler Hopkins met us right away and was kind, knowledgable, funny, and patient while I picked out my new car! He cared that I got what I wanted and was honest when I asked him different questions while I made my decision. I hope I won't need a new car for a very long time; but I know when I do I'll be back to Audi Minneapolis and I will ask for Tyler!

First-class retailer! I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by the staff and my product specialist, Christopher, was an expert in the product, extremely professional and very engaging. The whole process was smooth, (very) low-pressure and absolutely hassle-free. Even though I knew what I was looking for, I had the feeling that they would have spent the entire day with me if I needed it. The entire experience made the decision to purchase a vehicle from them a "proverbial" no-brainer. This is the complete opposite of the "infamous" car dealer experience! I cannot recommend the sales experience at Audi Minneapolis highy enough.

This was my third time working with Abdallah El-sanjak through the sales process. He was very attentive to my requests and made the entire process from test drive, sales negotiation and closing all seamless and rewarding experience. The service team has always been great to work with including Tony Moe and Jason Gallus were helpful with getting my car serviced.

Rory was so incredibly informative, polite, fun, made the entire experience from start to finish a great experience ! Rory went over each detail of the entire car with us and made us feel very confident in our purchase. We are going to purchase our next car with Rory most definitely !

Best service department I have ever experienced !! Jaxson is the best ! Always friendly and upbeat. Has every time attended to our cars needs, with no hassle at all. Loaner car set up so you are in and out very quickly - same on return ! Jaxson is a ROCKSTAR !

Great car, and a great experience with sales associate David Falkman. I have owned 5 vehicles from a competitive brand, and converted based on the quality of both the vehicle (Q5) and the professionalism of the sales associate. Highly recommended!

Tyler was my sales person and he made our used car purchase super easy, from the test drive, to looking into why the light came on the dash during the drive (he had the service department review it that night and they solved the problem). Price negotiations were smooth and they treated my concerns with respect. When I asked to have the vehicle to my mechanic, they were happy to let me. But due to logistics problems with my schedule, he used his day off to drive it up to my mechanic himself, on his day off! That’s going the extra mile. Matt was excellent to work with signing papers as well, and the rest of the staff was all very friendly as well. It’s nice to see there are still car dealerships that treat you with respect and go the extra mile to give you excellent customer service!
