Kendra was excellent getting us in for an oil change.

Kendra was excellent getting us in for an oil change. She's friendly and knowledgeable. We had to wait longer than expected to check out because of how many other people were checking in. This doesn't seem to be within Kendra's control though, so it didn't reflect on her.

I engaged with this dealership regarding a newly listed

I engaged with this dealership regarding a newly listed used vehicle. Despite consistent communication over five days, they delayed the inspection and, upon realizing their underpricing, added optional items to my deal—such as a $1,875 extended warranty—that are typically at the buyer's discretion. They also falsely claimed my out-of-state financing was unacceptable, which was not the case with reputable dealers like Sewell. The following day I was informed the price had increased by $3,000, contradicting our prior discussions. The sales manager's dismissive attitude and lack of follow-through were unprofessional. This dealership's unethical practices and lack of transparency are concerning. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Throughout the entire process, with Jesus Aguilar (Sales), Oswoldo Ramirez (Finance), and in getting the opportunity to talk to Jason Laguna (GM), they made the process seamless and a pleasure to purchase a vehicle. More importantly, I trust their entire team! They were great to work with and answered all of my questions. They have other dealerships as well: Toyota & Subaru. I just sent one of my friends to their Toyota store, as I know he will have the same experience. If you are looking for a Nissan, don't consider any other dealerships - just go to City Limits Nissan!

Gave daughter a timeline to complete headlight repair.

Gave daughter a timeline to complete headlight repair. At the end of that timeline is when she was notified that the parts were not onsite and had to be ordered. She had paid before being notified the service couldn’t be completed for a few days.

Service was awful, the service manager was non-responsive

Service was awful, the service manager was non-responsive (until they finally switched service managers), everything took far longer than anticipated, and not only was the car FILTHY when we picked it up, the license plate was bent - as if they hit something, and there were black greasy fingerprints on our seats. I will never take my car back there again.
