This Dealership crushed my ability TO EVER put my Trust

This Dealership crushed my ability TO EVER put my Trust in a Dealership that isn't in my backyard. It wasn't exactly the Vehicle that My Wife wanted. However the items offered were not for the year as promised but for 3 months. No owners manual which she was constantly promised was on the way. GM"s or Assitant GM's would not get on the phone with her nor call her back. This entire situation has caused her extreme set back in her recovery from a TRAUMATIC BRAIN Injury. If I could give them a negative rating rest assured they would recieve a negative.

Torin was awesome!

Torin was awesome! Genuine nice guy. I will be sending friends to City Limits and Torin. I feel that I could pick up the phone and call him to help me buy another vehicle and it would be what I wanted and a price that I could agree with. I really cant say enough good things about all the staff that I interacted with. They were all so pleasant, professional and helpful. Can y'all buy a dealership in Granbury PLEASE!!!!??? All of them in G'bury are terrible. They do not care for their customers or build long term relationships like Torin achieved with me.

Torin was great!

Torin was great!!!!! Just a nice guy and personable. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know, he found out. This is my second time buying from this owner. Bought a Tundra at Cedar Park. I was so happy when I found out this is owned by the same lady. If I need a new vehicle, I'm coming back to Torin and Nissan or CP Toyota. I really can't say enough good about how everyone I spoke with was so pleasant!!!!!! I took my truck back in for a hitch to be installed. Again, everyone was pleasant and professional.

Everyone there was very polite, professional, and thorough w the process. Answered a lot of my questions and gave me ample time to finish the deal. Hadnt purchased a new car in over 30 years and they made it less stressful than expected. Love the purchase!
