I have bought three cars from Power Mazda prior to this last purchase. This is currently the fourth car that i have bought from them. My family and I only buy Power Mazda cars. I would highly recommend this dealer to any person looking for a car. The customer service is fantastic. If you buy a car from anyone buy it from Roy Watkins. He will go out of his way to make sure that you are 100% happy with your final purchase. He will gladly go the extra mile to get you everything that you desire and need in a car. His service is the best that I have encountered in any dealership. I appreciate that fact that he makes it his personal goal to make sure you get the car you want. For as long as Roy sells cars he will have a lifetime customer. I will not buy a car from anyone else besides Roy. And if Roy is to busy selling cars I would still recommend any of the car sales man. If you can buy a car from Roy I would highly recommend him period. He is truly a great sales person.

I must admit that dealing with this dealership has been VERY pleasant! I negotiated my car price and trade-in via email with Jeff and when I went in to get the car, he had it ready. It was easy, hassle free, friendly staff and very pleasant to work with Jeff Crites and the Financial Manager. I just bought a new Mazda 3 from Power Mazda after dealing with multiple other dealerships. I've never had a better experience buying a car! Jeff Crites was honest and upfront with me from day one. He never once gave me the run around that every other dealer did. I worked with him over e mails, texts, and phone calls and I trusted him more than the people I met in person trying to sell me cars. I typically don't trust salesman, but these people are truly amazing! They got me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I never once felt taken advantage of or as though my time was being wasted. I'm an extremely picky person and Jeff took a lot of time finding me the exact car I was looking for. I drove three hours to get my car from him since I felt comfortable with him. He definitely earned my business and I won't hesitate to use him again the next time I buy a car! Thank you Jeff!

I came to Power Mazda because a friend told me about her great experience she had when purchasing her new car from your dealership. My Fiancee and I also had a wonderful time purchasing our first car from Roy Watkins he did a fabulous job helping me find my perfect car. He was very friendly and made the experience relaxing, and calming. I came into the dealership stressed and nervous about buying my first car but, Roy made us feel at home and had me into my perfect Kia Soul; Olive with-in no time. Roy spent the entire afternoon showing me a variety of cars that would meet my needs. Since I was buying a used car for my niece, Roy took the car to her house and also spent another hour meeting up with my brother so he could check out the car. Roy knew his product line and efficiently took me to see several options. He stayed within my price range and never tried to show me a more expensive car. The financial details were completed within a half hour. Overall, the whole experience was positive. My niece drove home in her car a few hours later.

I got a great price on my new Mazda. I was lied to on my trade-in. I was told that the title was branded, that they would be lucky to be able to wholesale it, and that they would give me only $700 for it. I made the deal. Within 3 hours, I asked to pay them $700 for the vehicle I traded in and have it returned to me. I was told that it had been wholesaled before I left their lot. The next week, I saw my former vehicle listed on Craigs List, ON THEIR LOT, for $5999. I was a fool. I do not begrudge them a profit. I do object to their multiple lies. How do they live with themselves or look their children in the eye?

Great overall experience with Roy and Power Mazda. Very pleased with my purchase. The transaction was simple and straight to the point. Will do business here again!
