Great Service
The folks at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle did an awesome job. Clear communications regarding the repairs, timing and costs. The work was done on time as communicated. The loaner car was ready on time and was a nice car. The service advisor was very knowledgeable and got answers to my questions immediately. I highly recommend. Did not go as planned
Very nice service rep!! Was told 2 to 3 hours ended up 5 1/2 Problem with new air bag NOT PLEASED!!! They tried to smooth it over but it was a problem!!

Very good
Even though our car did not get the repairs done we were able to take a nice loaner car home until the repairs are complete. I was very happy about that!. We live 90 miles away from the dealership and and it’s not always so easy to take the day off to get there.

Awesome service
Shinee was very knowledgeable on my car. She was fantastic to work with, helped me understand what all I had in my car. Also, she engaged with my grandchildren, instead of acting like they were bothersome. Very happy on my day visiting Land Rover dealer.

F Pace gremlins
My service advisor Tyler was very helpful, welcoming and I was pleased with him. I brought the 2017 FPace in for a few annoying problems. One was a repeat issue with rear seat belt. Two other issues were somewhat intermittent ones and they were not able to recreate so nothing was done to resolve. It is unfortunate that I will have to continue to live the issues when they come up. I understand the difficulty diagnosing an intermittent problem. Reminds me a bit of my ownership of British cars back in the 70's and 80's....... So overall the effort is there and they were very pleasant to deal with. Car was very nicely detailed when I picked it up. I have always had a bit of an issue with the fact that noone actually discusses the work performed and the results. You are directed to the cashier and told if you have any questions ask. I believe a better course of action is to have someone actually review the service visit with the client. It would go a long way to create satisfaction and a good feeling about the visit.

4/1 trip to LR Seattle Service
I stopped by the dealer service department to pick up some parts. While there, I asked if they could take a look at something for me on my Land Rover. They were able to get me right in and repair a sunroof drain on the spot with no wait. I greatly appreciated that.

Love my range rover and experience
Sean is the BEST! He helped me pick out all the options on my new range rover and answered all of my questions and made the whole process so easy. He always goes out of his way even after I have had my car for 5 years to help make sure I am still happy. I look forward to visiting the dealership for service to see Sean and all the other nice people that work there. They are even sweet to my dog Penny. I cant say enough nice things about this place. I look forward to buying my next car from there with Sean's help.
