Questionable scheduling
This was the second time in a row that I was double booked for my service appointment. Tyler was very helpful and apologetic at the mix-up, however sitting in the service dept for one-half hour while my wife is in the hospital battling with cancer was not a pleasant experience. 2 days later, the skid plate under the front bumper of my Range Rover Sport fell off. Now I admit that it might have been an oversight by the Tech when re-installing it or it may have been a chance encounter with a parking barrier or curb - in that case I wonder what the designers were thinking when they programmed the car to its lowest position without an immediate boost back up upon engaging the transmission. At any rate, Tyler made sure it was remedied the next day, but it still necessitated an extra trip from Lake Stevens and the added stress while caring for my wife. I still love the car and appreciate the service your dealership offers. In the future, Please consider a more professional method of booking service appointments and possibly an added service advisor to handle emergent difficulties when customers without an appointment walk in the door.

Service held to a high standard
The service at Jaguar Land Rover of Seattle is top notch. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. Sally greeted me, listened carefully to my vehicle issues, and successfully relayed the problem to the mechanics. I thought she did an outstanding job keeping me in the loop on everything. A good service experience
There's some hiccup when setting up this service appointment, and it took longer than I expected. There might be a slight miscommunication in that the dealer may expect me to reach out and I was waiting for them to call. But anyways, the service itself is absolutely delightful. It was one of the worst days after the huge snowstorm in Seattle and they are still open and running. They are really friendly and courteous and they communicated very well on what's being done and when it can get done. The loaner car for me was covered completely in snow originally. But they actually spent quite some time to clear the snow before handing it to me, which is very nice of them. The service itself is well done. And they even helped me put on my plate free of charge and in one transaction. So very happy with this experience.
