I leased a new car from Bradhsaws in June. I am a single woman, and I know the tendency some dealerships and service depts have when dealing with single women like me. It always causes a little anxiety thinking I might be taken advantage of. That said, I do my homework....I research, I know generally what I want before I go in there, and I know a lot about cars in general. Well, from the minute I walk in to Bradhsaws, I am at ease. I have purchased many cars from this dealership, and each time I am treated well, never talked down to, always respected, and treated with fairness. I left there this time with a better car than I went in there for, and paid a lower price than I thought i would. Everything was perfectly explained to me, I got a great deal on my trade-in, each and every salesperson and employees I came across said hello, spoke to me, asked questions and cared about my experience there. My brother in law has since purchased a car from them, and I would encourage all my friends and family to do so if they ever asked my advice. I will go back there time and time again, not only because of the staff and wonderful experiences I've had, but also because of the JEEP brand, which has become a staple in my home!

Both Jack and Mackey were extremely knowledgable, honest, and friendly. They listened carefully and were able to provide the best deal possible. Recommend to all customers looking for a new car!

This is my 4th vehicle purchased at Bradshaw. Their customer service/sales has been consistently good throughout each of my purchases. This is what keeps me coming back. I have recommended them to friends and family who have also purchased vehicles from them. Mackey was very friendly and "no pressure" in helping me select my vehicle and work through the sales process.

From start to finish it was a great experience. I was referred by a family member to go see John Cavallo. John is very knowledgeable about the Jeep that I was looking at and all of the trims and options available in the Compass. He was also able to use my trade in, which was a big help to me. John worked with me on all of the numbers and looked at buying vs. leasing and what worked best for me. I’m glad that I came to Bradshaw for my new vehicle and will be back when the time comes for an upgrade. I have also been telling my friends and family about the great experience that I had. The guys I worked worth were so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was put into the car I wanted. They were always honest and up front and never once did I feel like I wa getting scammed.

What i can say,small lot, small floor-room, small town...BUT BEST SALESMAN, BUSINESS MANAGER, and OVERALL CAR BUYING/LEASE experience i have ever had!! Will was honest, funny, down to earth...made looking then picking the right car a breeze! We actually had laughs/fun together while doing it! Then Jeff...no uptight, business guy here!! Funny, down-to-earth, no preasure!! You could drive right by this place if you blinked...BUT DON'T!! Stop in, talk to Will & Jeff...you won't be disapointed! I will tell everyone i know what a great group of guys, and great place to buy a JEEP!!

Friendliness Started as soon as i walked in the door> It was very home like and sales members were more than happy to answer my questions, and work with me to find the Jeep that suited me. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
