I’m very happy to have bought my Subaru Outback limited

I’m very happy to have bought my Subaru Outback limited at Summit Subaru El Cajon one of the best dealerdhip in town. All the employees there seems genuinely happy from my salesman Josue to the finance advisor Jason Coonors and to the delivery specialist were very courteous, friendly, and work professionally and also to the service department who were eager to help and installed a car seat cover gifted by the manager sir Ronnie at no cost. I am 87 years old and I’ve bought many cars for myself, my wife & my children and dealt with various dealership over the years and truthfully Summit Subaru El Canon is by far the best !!! I love my subaru !!!

If you’re thinking about buying a used car from Subaru El

If you’re thinking about buying a used car from Subaru El Cajon think again! Bought mine about a month ago and they didn’t even do an oil change on my car before selling it,checked on CARFAX and nope shows nothing!! They sell “safe cars” yeah nope seems not. Called them and would not do anything to help me,said they would call back many times with more info nothing yet! My sales man Josue Rosales has not been helpful either,my buying experience wasn’t great they got super rude to me and my husband at the end of buying my car. Don’t trust anything they say! I would buy your car/truck somewhere else.

My Outback became inoperable due to a faulty thermal

My Outback became inoperable due to a faulty thermal sensor & I had to get it towed to the Summet Subaru in El Cajon. The repair was under warranty & there was no charge to me for the repair. The only cost to me was for the tow charge & thanks to the staff at Summit contacting Subaru of America, Subaru agreed to help absorb some of the towing cost due to the unusual circumstance of the distance involved. The vehicle was repaired within a day & Sam kept me informed of the progress from beginning to end. Madison kept me informed of her initial communications with Subaru of America which I feel was instrumental in Subaru offering in assist me. I have nothing but gratitude & praise for Summit & Subaru. The service could not have been any better.

I have had no problems dealership!

I have had no problems dealership! Jack has been a great service advisor for my 2018 Subaru! Always gets me in, returns calls and is amazingly positive, reliable, and smart!!! And there is a tv and coffee for oil changes!!!

Can't say enough positive comments about Jack Manchester

Can't say enough positive comments about Jack Manchester and Summit Subaru regarding my purchase of a new Crosstrek. Jack was patient and offered suggestions in driving the different models to reaffirm my decision and selection was the right decision for what I wanted. His insight and understanding of not only the vehicle design and safety features, but also the technology that came with it was reassuring that my selection of a Subaru Crosstrek was the right decision for me. I really appreciated Jack not attempting to up sale me. I walked away knowing that what I was looking for was heard by Jack and the Summit team and Jack was there to help me find it. After the purchase, Bexey was amazing going over all the "bells and whistles", including some features I didn't even realized that came with the Crosstrek!
