My wife and i just picked up our newly leased GV80. Gray with vanilla interior. The car is absolutely gorgeous! But we must talk about the staff: our salesperson was vanessa C, she was so knowledgeable and kind , she walk us through going over numbers and options of the car with No pressure whatsoever, made feel comfortable and important. Then there was Rob H. He work out the final lease number, a pleasure to deal with ( great sense of humor). At the end we signed all paper work with darlene, who made us feel at home. it was a pleasure doing business with Genesis of Smithtown and our very knowledgeable salesman Christian Reyes. No agressive selling tactics. Did not try to put me in a model I did not want. Was very up front with what was available and what was not and did not give us false promises as to when a model was available. Once our vehicle was secured, he provided an excellent hands on tutorial as to the vehicles features, prior to us leaving the lot. Finance part of the process was also smooth. There was only one attempt to sell us additional warranties and coverage and when it was politely denied, it was left at that. No hard selling at all. Overall a great purchasse experience at all ends.

My salesman Vinny Q, was extremely knowledgeable about the cars I had narrowed down and never pressured or rushed me through my millions of questions. Darlene, the business manager, went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal and rate. She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely patient. Even when a few minor issues arose after delivery Joe, the sales manager was quick to remedy the situation and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Everyone in the building wants to ensure that you have a great experience with them and are comfortable with your decision. They treat you like family.
