Our salesman, Cordel was excellent. From when we first met him to when we took delivery of our GV70. He worked out a fair deal for us. When it came to the delivery of our vehicle, he was excellent. All the features were explained and any questions we had were answered clearly. Darlene took care of the financial end of the sale and she was exceptional. She made the process easy and stressless.

To sum it up my experience was white glove service. I’ve been buying cars since 1995 and have bought several cars from Competition Auto Group but my time at Genesis of Smithtown was phenomenal. Cordell Gordon was very knowledgeable of the product line and had a no pressure approach. He took care of everything from the test drives to all of the arrangements for my trade-in, registration, insurance, etc and made everything very low effort for me. He was courteous and extremely professional, and highly recommend working with him. Darlene Titus, the Finance Manger, was a pleasure to work with as usual. This was not my first time working with her - she provided me with the options for financing and extended warranties as well as the xxxxxxand con's.
