Dropped by just to see new models and ended up staying half the day. Showroom’s bright, music’s low, coffee was offered. Manager Igor was patient and genuine—opened trunks, explained features, didn’t push anything. Booked two test drives and left with a smile.

Did a full check-up before a long trip—fluids, suspension, brakes, AC. No wait, and two hours later they called: everything looked good, just topped off coolant and flushed the system. Paid online, got the report by email. Couldn’t be easier.

Just wrapped up my warranty period and moved to paid service—and I’m staying here. Got oil, plugs, cabin filter, and suspension checked. Tech was sharp, everything was calm and pro. It costs a bit more than independents, but the peace of mind is worth it. Recommendations are real, not filler.

Bought my Outlander here two years ago. Warranty’s up, but it still drives like new—no major repairs, great ride, decent fuel use for its size. I keep coming back here out of habit and trust. They know this car inside out.

At my 60,000-mile service, I used their night drop box for the first time—just leave your keys in a steel box at the gate. By 9 AM, I got a text: “ready.” Picked up my Mirage and saw they’d lined the trunk with a disposable tray so the old brake pads I asked to keep wouldn’t mess it up. Small touch, but thoughtful.

Friday story: check engine light came on 200 km from home. Googled the nearest AC Mitsubishi and drove in. No appointment, no problem. They pulled the O2 sensor, cleaned it, checked codes. An hour later, I was sipping cola in the lot while my buddy checked out the new Outlander Sport. Totally unexpected, totally awesome.
