The showroom was clean and all the cars were unlocked, which I loved. You can sit inside, get a real feel for the interior—without someone hovering. You can tell they take care of their inventory and respect the customer.

Very helpful!

Very helpful! Tony was the best salesman and made it his mission to ensure I got into the car I wanted at the price I wanted! It was a long process but being around such enjoyable people with enjoyable energy.. even that late, made the whole experience worth it! I drove very out of the way to look at the car and I’m glad I did! Worth it 100%! Such personable people. Especially Tony!

This dealership put on a good front but ultimately turned

This dealership put on a good front but ultimately turned out to be just as shady as others I’ve dealt with. The loan was structured in a manipulative way, and the atmosphere was unprofessional—music blaring while they dragged out the process. Even though the lot was technically closed, they kept me there, distracting me and wearing me down until I agreed to a deal. I take accountability for not catching the numbers or noticing the vehicle damage sooner, but the way they intentionally prolonged and manipulated the process was dishonest. It was designed to make me fatigued and less alert. The tactic worked. Clever, yes. Ethical? Absolutely not. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

They had a ton of cars in stock—no waitlist, no games. The managers were calm and informative. We ended up buying an Outlander, and the whole process felt honest and smooth. No fake “deals ending today” pressure.

I did most of the process online and it was super easy.

I did most of the process online and it was super easy. They emailed me all the paperwork to review at home, and once everything was good, I just came in to sign and pick up the car. No stress, no wasted time. Loved that option.

I applied for financing right on their website, and it took maybe 10 minutes. Got approved at the same rate my bank offered. All I had to do was swing by to sign and grab the keys. Easiest car-buying experience I’ve had.

I liked how the showroom was set up—cars were placed like islands, not jammed together. I could open trunks, test out a child seat, and not feel rushed. Staff was nearby in case I had questions but gave me space to browse.
