Replaced faulty airbag on suspension.
It’s hard to believe that a dealership wouldn’t check to see if the product they installed worked before sending it out. How can you send someone’s vehicle out without checking to see if the parts you replaced were correct? Now I have to wait more days and more days paying for a rental because of your incompetence..

Vehicle was taken in as scheduled. Wait was within the acceptable time limits. They are the only ones who perform service on my vehicle. Never had to question that the service was performed. Thanks

Very Pleasant experience 2004 Jeep TJ
Our daughter is attending UNA and we live about 95 miles away. On our last visit she mentioned that her "Check Engine" light had came on. I called Greenway CDJR and scheduled to have her Jeep "scanned" to locate the problem. I believe I spoke to Shawn. I gave him the year, make, model and mileage and he scheduled us for 9:30 the next morning. He advised that our Service Advisor would be Corey. She took the Jeep by at the appointed time, and due to a break down in communication, she was told because of the year model, they could not run a diagnostic scan. I called them back and talked to Shawn. He put me in touch with Corey. I explained that she had an appointment and once the misunderstanding was cleared up, another appointment was set for the following day. She returned with her Jeep the following morning. Greenway took her back to class and proceeded to check her Jeep. Corey called me, explained the issues with the Jeep and gave an approximate cost of the repairs. He was given the "go ahead" on the repairs. Corey stayed in touch with me throughout the repairs, and called me when the work was done. The final bill was less than he quoted. Based on my experience, which was just via phone calls, I would highly recommend Greenway CDJR! I enjoy turning wrenches and would have loved to have saved the cost of the labor by doing it myself, but knowing that my daughter is away from home and a business with people like Corey and Shawn are available to help, was worth the extra expense. She's coming home this weekend, so I can inspect the work. I have no doubt that it is top-notch!!

Bad and good
Well i got my car friday and by saturday it wouldnt start. Monday my dealer came and boost it off and got it to the shop and turns out it was the battery. Now its up and running good.
