McGee Hyundai of Barre

Went in for warranty work (extended warranty) and wasn’t told they don’t honor warranties other than a Hyundai one until after they looked at it. My car has been out of commission for almost 2 weeks to get in only to find this out? I’m not paying for an extended warranty only to find out I have to pay out of pocket because they don’t “accept” it, yet I enrolled when I bought my Hyundai brand new! They did wave the diagnostic fee after I told them this wasn’t fair to the consumer, so for that I am thankful, but will not be taking my car there again for any type of service/maintenance.

Service dept was a pleasant experience. Appt on time and they kept me informed of issues I had brought up.

We were looking for a new car and needed it asap. We were shopping around and decided to look at the Hyundai. We met Beth Kelly on the lot and explained our situation. She was very attentive and decided we might try driving a tuscon. We were pleasantly surprised! The comfort and luxury was just what we were looking for and more. The size is so much bigger than the small suvs used to be, we did not expect this. Beth was very helpful and brought us into showroom and started looking for inventory that would suit us. She found what filled our needs and it was available. She went over every aspect of the process to purchase and we were able to negotiate an acceptable deal. We left to discuss all we had been proposed. We did go back to the other dealer we had been looking at cars with and made the decision to stay with Beth for our purchase. It was mainly because it was available, just what we wanted and the warranty and service plan was very impressive. Beth is very knowledgeable about the car, the relationship we would have and intuitive to us personally. She has followed up with us to make sure we are happy and willing to help with any questions we have. Very happy with Beth and after just returning from a trip to Maine, and our first 1000 miles I am convinced we made the right choice. I love our new car!! I am confident that Beth Kelly will be there for our needs going forward.

I have always have wonderful service, but was taken aback with the cost of the tire changeover. I saved my tire change to go with my oil change & inspection to have done at the same time instead of using my local guy who would have only charged me $75.00. I will now always use local for the tire service to help keep my costs down as a consumer. I do appreciate the oil change under warranty and the inspection as "internal" (not sure what that means) through McGee. I love my Kona!

An easy and smooth experience. Alexis was very capable and quick to correct any problems.

Sales Manager non responsive after closing the deal as I intended to follow up on some agreed accessories. I ended up managing it through the great parts and service team (kuddos to Dustin and Mark) and got it sorted

Nice sales people but misleading when it came to a lease was pre approved but when I showed up lease did not go through due to credit score wasted my time very disappointing
