Our 2021 Palisade broke down while on vacation in VT.
Our 2021 Palisade broke down while on vacation in VT. Roadside assistance towed it to this location. The location did not offer any help during the time the car was there. In fact, at one point Joyce in service made sure to tell me not to call back (after my first call) as her answer wouldn't change and that was it. Nothing else. Our situation is much longer than this review, but the basics are the dealership did absolutely nothing to help us, despite having the ability to help us.
