Excellent service dealing with Rich Barbalat

Upgraded new A8L with Rich. Everything worked smoothly. All paper work and documentation had been completed by phone and on line including credit information etc. and everything was ready when we came in to trade cars.

James Rocks!

Came in to lease an A3 6 months ago and James was patient , honest and open with me. Came back 6 months later and went right to James to seal the deal. He was correct in having me hold doff, given my circumstances with a previous lease. I trust James and love his deep knowledge of all things Audi (and competing cars). Looking forward to my next purchase with him!

Top-Notch!

Audi Meadowlands is as good as it gets. I have purchased two cars from Steve Ackermann, who is clearly a highly-knowledgeable car enthusiast. He answers every question, does not pressure you into making a purchase, makes you comfortable, and works with you in a collaborative way. He makes sure you leave happy and end up with what you want, keeping true to his word the entire time. Recently traded in my A4 for an S3 and he made the entire process fair and seamless. Based on my experiences with Steve, I intend to continue taking my business to Audi Meadowlands. I've dealt with dealerships where it feels as though you're swimming with sharks. Have never had that feeling at Audi Meadowlands and doubt I ever will. Top-notch service, friendly staff, and a lot of integrity and pride in what they do.

Easy Buying!!

Recently bought a 2015 Audi A3 at Audi Medowlands. I worked with Steve Ackerman, who was great! He was really easy to work with and made my whole car buying experience stress free.

15 K maintaince service

The staff are professional and very eager to assist when I arrived for service. Andrew Olive greeted me at the front desk and quickly handle my service and provide me with a loaner car.

No Hassles--great service

This transaction was handled mostly by email. The pricing was attractive and everything was confirmed by email and documented as promised. Then we saw the SUV and decided on larger wheels which are a more expensive option. When we decided to switch vehicles it went seamlessly--no attempt was made to fudge on the agreed price for the first vehicle and the replacement was priced with the same margins. John gave my wife a very thorough course on the vehicle on delivery and she came away feeling like she was pretty well versed on all the technology. Overall it was a very pleasant transaction. They dd not waste our time or play around the edges with any aspect of the deal. .

Exceptional Service on CPO Audi

I received exceptional service on my last visit to Audi Meadowlands Service center. Everything went exactly as promised. As soon as Andrew knew the car had to stay he set me up with a brand new loaner vehicle. Car was ready as promised. When my car was return it was very clean almost like it had received a complete detail at no charge.

Generous test drive, no pressure, ultra competitive pricing

On a busy Saturday, Marilyn Tedesco, helped me select the right Audi through a lengthy test drive, extensive review of options, and available cars in the region. Marilyn was completely focused, unusually knowledgeable, and extremely patient. We were easily together for over two hours. Working with Marilyn was so pleasant that I enjoyed the whole experience. highly recommend Marilyn and look forward to working with her on my next vehicle purchase. Marilyn is the best and her manager, Joe Choi, really knows how to facilitate getting a deal done!

Got everything I wanted with ease, efficiency & a smile.

It was a great experience, Terry Axel handled everything and made the entire process very simple for me. Over a month later he continues to respond and handle all my concerns and questions etc. Also, the rest of the staff including the finance department is really great. I had the pleasure of just dealing with the them for some extra added services and the entire process and email exchange was actually hilarious while to the point and down to business. -Rich Trawinski
