I worked closely with Michelle and team and was a great experience. Michelle was able to walk me through specifics in terms of the different packages and ended up walking out within a reasonable time with an Audi Q3. She was very professional and detail oriented. Very pleasant experience overall from initial walk-in to finalizing paperwork.

The 1-star was necessary to post this review - As a four-time Audi owner and repeat Audi Meadowlands customer, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The sales experience was average at best. However, the handling of my out-of-state registration has been unacceptable. Throughout the process, I received inconsistent information, poor communication, and little accountability. In many cases, I only received important updates because I contacted the dealership myself. As a result of registration delays and administrative errors, I was unable to legally operate my newly purchased vehicle for 14 days and incurred additional expenses and significant inconvenience. I continued making payments on a vehicle that I could not drive through no fault of my own. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that I have purchased four vehicles from Audi Meadowlands over the years and have remained a loyal customer despite living in different states. Unfortunately, the professionalism, communication, and customer service that once earned my loyalty were absent throughout this process. Customers should not be left without a usable vehicle because of avoidable registration issues, nor should they have to repeatedly chase down updates on their own purchase. This has been the worst automotive purchasing experience I have had and has seriously damaged my confidence in Audi Meadowlands. There is significant room for improvement, and I hope your team takes the necessary steps to address these shortcomings.

I recently leased my second vehicle from Audi at the Meadowlands, and once again, the experience was outstanding. As a repeat customer returning for my second lease, I can confidently say that the level of service keeps me coming back. A special thank you to Lindsey L., who was exceptional throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the inventory, and helped me find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the leasing experience smooth and stress-free. The entire team at Audi at the Meadowlands was welcoming and efficient, and I never felt pressured at any point. It’s clear they value their customers and strive to provide an excellent experience from start to finish. Brian is unlike other sales person, very helpful, knowledgeable and still answers my questions after the sale was completed. Pricing was competitive for the car and for the trade-in. Great experience overall.

I’ve been with Audi Meadowlands for 4 cars and 9 years. I’ve checked out several different dealers over the years and by far Meadowlands is the best. Best prices, best customer service. Marilyn is the best. She is knowledgeable, helpful and makes sure that you drive out knowing the car which really helps a lot. Marilyn is a pleasure to deal with and if there ever are any glitches she addresses the issue immediately. I’ve only had one glitch and it had nothing to do with Marilyn or the dealership!
