JUST SPECTACULAR

Had a great time here at Champaign Chrysler, the buying experience was very easy and fast! Ryan the salesman did a great job explaining all the features and answering my questions! If you are ever wanting a pressure free buying experience I would recommend working with Ryan.

2018 Ram

This was my first new vehicle. Scott Johnson answered every one of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. It was a stressful experience for me that Scott turned into a satisfying experience.

Jeep Renegade

I went in to get some info on a car I’ve been eyeing for awhile. I stopped at the lot and Chris H. approached. we bang talking about my interest in the Jeep Renegade. I never usually go to big dealerships due to negative past experiences. Chris kept the conversation professional and never once tried to pressure a sale. He made he whole process simple. I was able to trade in my car for my new Renegade. Best experience yet. Thanks, Chris!

Overall satisfied

My experience had a bit of a stock market fluctuation. At first it stunk cause the car I wanted disappeared within 24 hrs of me showing interest. But it's not the dealerships fault cause I didn't put a deposit to reserve it. Upon arriving the staff was friendly and willing to work within my needs though the vehicles initially shown were not exactly up to my expectations. Then we saw the 300 marked down for a sales event and fortunately my wife was more than willing to twist my arm to get it. So the mood improved because I was getting my dream car and it helped make up for a crappy day we had prior to showing up to the dealership. So next we started the paperwork process and I had hoped for a smooth process but then business and finance managers tried coercing me into getting this protection plan and that finance option. I get it, it's their job and I'm not upset for them doing their job but a first even 2nd time no should be sufficient. I'm a loyalist so when people do good by me as my insurance company has in the past I figure it's good to give them another opportunity to help out. Finally, after everything was said and done, all paperwork signed, the car was mine and we were out the lot. My salesman was very helpful, he explained all the features, was patient as we took car of the finances, and was helpful in finding a car within our budget. So I'm satisfied with my experience, and my car, and even got a follow up car checking to see how it's working out. Kudos.

Quick and Easy

Great to work with - very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! Ryan was very personable and informative. He made sure I had all the details on the history of the Jeep to make an informed decision.

Fantastic!

Fantastic! Champaign Chrysler has a great selection of vehicles, but they didn’t have exactly the model and color combination I was looking for. No fear Greg to the rescue! Greg was fantastic! He immediately found exactly the vehicle I wanted and arranged for it to be brought up. He was great during a test drive of a similar vehicle to point out many of the systems and features along with helping me decide if that was really the vehicle I was interested in. Everyone in the finance department were equally very helpful with making this purchase possible. It was just a great car buying experience.
