Excellent service. Staff were very much on the COVID-19 ball and acted accordingly. Text messages used to communicate the status of the device and when to collect the car.

Superior service
I could not be more pleased with my experience with the Fox Ford Service Department. I brought the car in at my appointed time and was talking to a service agent within 5 minutes. He told me the service would take about an hour and it was done just like he promised. The waiting area was bright and comfortable. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

almost perfect
i left a voice mail to schedule my service but never go a call back -- i went and booked on line. Once i got there, I was told about shortage in resources which i understand. Boris is/was amazing!!! however parts sent him the wrong part so now i have to go back for a second time. my vehicle feels great! will go back for Boris. did not like the not calling back and the going back b/c someone sent the wrong part. i understand human error and the pandemic situation and all.. this is why i do not give it 5 stars... this is not reflective of Boris and how he took care of me and me vehicle.
