Outstanding service. Robin showed me the 2025 Countryman and how it starts and functions. I asked him just because I was interested and we were discussing my Mini. He knows his stuff. Really thinking about it trading mine in on one. He also explained that I could extend my service contract. Enjoyed talking with him. His partner is also a good guy. Sorry forgot his name.

Excellent, friendly service. Once they have your car and inspect it, I Love the text message describing what the issues are. You just decide select what you want done and wait for them to call you. Always a pleasant, easy going experience with great workmanship.

Lauren took me through the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had in my life. I LOVE cars, especially BMWs and Minis and have had quite a few. I am no stranger to car dealerships and have experienced all sorts of highs and lows in the buying process over the years. My search for the perfect Mini was made so much easier by Lauren. She was able to narrow down the perfect one and was super patient when I kept changing my mind about which roof color I wanted to go with. When all was said and done with the car choice, I traded my 2022 Ford Bronco in for the perfect 2025 Mini Cooper S. Lauren and her team made the process of trading the Bronco easy and went above and beyond to get me a really fair trade in value. I work in the car business and knew what I hoped to get for it ahead of time. They played zero games and genuinely gave me a very fair offer on the first attempt. It only took about 3 days from first introduction to taking care of my Mini, so if you aren't looking to waste time going back and forth, back and forth, I definitely think Mini of Allentown is the place to go. On the day of delivery, the Mini team had my car waiting inside and even had a little sign on the front door to welcome and congratulate me. What a nice touch! After an introduction to the car from Lauren, Brian Amill, the business manager, came out to take me through the paperwork. He was funny, friendly, courteous and very transparent with my options for warranties and extra products. He wasn't pushy. He let me guide my own way through the process. All said and done, I was in and out in under an hour. Lauren took the time to sit in the car with me to show off some of her favorite features and happily answered every question I had. She was also very prompt with follow-up questions I had in the days after the sale. Lauren and Brian are standouts in the automotive world. They are passionate about their careers and the vehicles they stand behind, and it truly shows. A+, 5/5, 100+. I am so happy I went with Mini of Allentown for my big purchase! Thank you so much!

Purchasing my new MINI from Lauren at MINI of Allentown was a fantastic experience! Her enthusiasm and knowledge of cars was refreshing.
