MINI of Allentown

We'd give them 6 stars but we didn't get a Mini hat! Seriously, our experience was excellent...From the staff (Yeah Jolene!) to the day our Mini arrived we were very pleased.

My husband and I have purchased three Minis from Mini of Allentown (we've had seven between us)! They are by far the most down-to-earth, easygoing and friendly staff that we have ever worked with. Lauren, Jolene, and Brian were incredibly helpful with this purchase and treated us like family! Highly recommend!

From the time I walked in the door until I took delivery of my new MINI, I have nothing but great things to say about Matt Murphy and the team at MINI of Allentown. Matt made the process so easy, was super chill to deal with, explained everything clearly (without going overboard or talking to me like i never purchased a car before like most salespeople do), and worked with me on what I was asking for my trade in a professional manner. No gimmicks, no ("I gotta go talk to the manager"), no trying to upsell me on things he knew I didn't want, no bait and switch with another sales person coming over to play good/bad cop. And Joe made the paperwork a breeze — was also down to earth and a straight-shooter, took the time to explain things without going overboard. Honest, down to earth and a true pleasure to deal with. I look forward to a long relationship with MINI of Allentown/Daniel's BMW.

After using a different Mini dealer for years, I decided to give Mini of Allentown a try. I wish I'd have changed sooner. The other dealer was integrated into the same building as a BMW dealer and always felt like an afterthought. MoA, in its own dedicated building fits the feel and aesthetic better, and the people there are Mini specific people that know what they're talking about when questions are asked. They were always able to get my cars in quickly and out at a fair, easily explainable price. The other dealer is dead to me, long live Mini of Allentown.

Matt made looking for a car easy. There was no pressure at all, and lots of helpful personal information about the Mini given he owns it himself. I would highly recommend Matt if you are looking for purchase a Mini. I bought a certified used Red convertible Mini cooper. I LOVE IT!
