MINI of Allentown

Had it not been for Jolene, I would not still be driving a MINI. While it is my number one preferred car, I did not believe I could any longer be comfortable with the payments I would end up with, I just couldn't justify it. Jolene found me the perfect car, ensured my payments would be where I was comfortable, brought the car to me, as I live 2 hours away, and has supported me since the sale ensuring I am happy with the purchase. I doubt I go anywhere else for another car. Oh, and I was driving a Mini from another dealership when I thought I would give Allentown Mini a try before I gave up and went to another brand. Mini was and is my first choice and now I know there is a dealer who cares and is willing to help. I'm sold. Thanks Jolene, it's all because of you.

Great experience! Lauren Leabman was my sales person. She was great! No pressure at all. She showed me (and let me drive) several different models and let the cars sell themselves. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new car. I would strongly recommend Lauren and this dealership if you are in the market for a new car. Incidentally, the Mini is quite a car and I encourage you to drive one if you have never done so before.

Lauren is truly an incredible lady! She is a professional in every sense of the word and makes a person feel valued! She knows Mini Coopers inside and out and if you can’t find your answer in the manual Lauren will be able to answer your question for you! Lauren was excellent. Easy going, patient and very informative. I knew next to nothing about Mini's and Laura gave me the full class. I was purchasing two large speakers that I needed to fit into the car, but they were not coming for two months. Laura suggested getting a couple of boxes of similar size. I brought the boxes over and we tried them in different vehicles. I was happy that they fit (barely) into the two-door Hardtop S. Note: I bought a used Mini, buy Mini was not an option under Sales(used).
