Five stars for them! Had a small issue with my new BMW shortly after purchase. They addressed it immediately and had it fixed quickly. Their customer service after the sale was fantastic. Really appreciated their prompt and efficient handling of the problem

My recent experience at was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial interaction with the sales team was great, very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions about the 2022 Dodge challenger. However, the financing part took longer than expected, and there were a couple of add-ons that weren't clearly explained upfront. Eventually, we worked things out, and I'm happy with the car itself, but the negotiation process could have been smoother.

Visited Varsity to check out SUVs. The salesperson was patient and helpful, no pressure at all. Good selection. Haven't bought yet, but it was a positive initial experience.

I think when a dealer advertises a vehicle for $63995 and the real price is $67995 plus tax etc. that is very misleading and creates a bad image for car dealerships in general. Their excuse was that they disclose it in fine print on their website. The car they had was sweet but there are others out there and I prefer buying from a store that has integrity.
