Everyone I worked with at Ocean Mazda was outstanding!

Everyone I worked with at Ocean Mazda was outstanding! Aaron got the ball rolling and offered me a great deal on the perfect vehicle for me. Eli was wonderful and patient as he rode with me on test drives and answered all my questions. JP helped immensely by closing the deal and explaining everything to me on my new SUV, and Tom couldn’t have been nicer in the finance dept. All in all, a great experience from beginning to end.

I had a great experience at Ocean Mazda.

I had a great experience at Ocean Mazda. Everyone was so nice. Our sales associate JP was top notch and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend.

My mom and I both had the pleasure of working with JP.

My mom and I both had the pleasure of working with JP. He streamlined the process for both of us and made things as easy as possible. Him and Louie both made everything super easy. It was my first time buying a car, so they explained what everything meant while we went along. JP also made great conversation while we waited on paperwork etc. He is great and I would go back to him if I had to get another!

Pure pleasure in dealing with Aaron.

Pure pleasure in dealing with Aaron. This is our second purchase from.Ocean and we are about to make a 3rd. Heads and shoulders above any dealership I've ever purchased a vehicle at. Flexible, professional, and courteous. Our salesperson is Juan Navarro. He is first class all the way and pure class.

Our experience so far has been very disappointing. We’re hoping that a different manager can step in to help resolve a serious issue related to a recent sale. We’re currently waiting for a response and look forward to hearing from someone soon.

I am actually quite disappointed in Ocean Mazda and the

I am actually quite disappointed in Ocean Mazda and the sales associate and the sales manager. I am a single mother and a teacher in Forsyth County. I decided to drive down to Roswell to see about this really good deal after talking with one of their people for over a week. When I got there, I was told that that person that I’ve been talking to you isn’t really meeting me as scheduled. It would be someone else. So I went with this new sales associate. He gave me a wonderful price on a really pretty red CX five I was very excited. While test driving, he quoted the price of $35,000. Period we said that that’s a great deal. I said I want it. We worked on my trade and got the final out the price door at $34,000. Then the sales rep told me that he didn’t know this, but that was the dealer car and it actually had 5100 miles on it. He had mentioned earlier that they can have cars transferred in if I want a specific one so I asked if he could do that since this one had been a dealer car. He said sure let me go ask he came back and said that the car was actually going to be 38,000 walk out the door. I was confused and said I had already signed the paper and so had the manager and could he please have that manager come over and talk to me. This sales manager came over and said yes we made a mistake. He had already signed the deal but refused to honor it and that was that and so now I do not have the card that I was so excited about because they made a mistake and wouldn’t do anything to honor it.

Found the best price here, and Mr. Thomas and Mr. Edward's were top notch gentlemen in sales, as was Louis Safdie who did a wonderful job securing financing, rebates and extended warranties!

Purchased a CPO Mazda CX 90 from this location for out of

Purchased a CPO Mazda CX 90 from this location for out of state. Expressed concerns on the condition of the tires. Spoke to a manger at the time and wasn’t provided any assistance. Purchased extended warranties, Maintenance plan etc to have coverage on the new car for our family. Went to the first oil change just 4k miles later and I was hit with you need tires. So I contacted Ocean Mazda again and no one wanted to help or returned my calls. Took my car after its second oil change, another 4k miles later and they said again to me that you have to change your tires. The car only has 24k miles on it and I purchased it as a loaner car that they CPO’d so it was in the possession of Ocean the entire time. I called them again yesterday got transferred around several times. Left a message for the manager however I haven’t heard anything back yet again. Other than the actual sales person this place has horrible customer service.

Buying a Mazda car from a Mazda dealer should be an easy

Buying a Mazda car from a Mazda dealer should be an easy and professional process. However, Ocean Mazda Roswell are ABSOLUTELY USELESS, UNBELIEVABLE !! Purchased a car in April after new owners took over the franchise and they could not have messed up the car registration more if they tried. I finally went to the DMV myself two days before the temporary tag expired (as dealer would not return calls) and turned out the dealer had canceled the registration process due to a mistake on their part. The DMV refused to register the car. Ocean Mazda Roswell were aware of their mess up and I was one of many customers affected and yet they did nothing at all. Went back and forth for a week with mess up after mess up on their part. The new car ended up sitting in my garage as I could not legaly drive it after the temporary tag ran out. They even sent me a new temporary registration witha FAKE VIN number and told me I should be ok as long as the VIN on the temporary tag was not checked if I was stopped by the police ! I pointed out that this was highly illegal !!! Unreal eh ! Finally got the car legally registered. I asked for some kind of compensation for all my wasted time and not beinge able to use the car and they offered to give me some accessories and now again, they will not return any phone calls and the coward of a general manager will not call me back despite call after call after call. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS ! Please check out other people;'s revires as well , you will be totally shocked by their questionable practices.
