Worst place ever this place literally jerked me around on trading in my vehicle after removing a bunch of personal equipment out of my vehicle that was professionally installed. They took my deposit and now won't even refund my 500 deposit for at least 10 days I bought three previous vehicles from these vindictive people and get all my service work their worst place ever don't ever go there! very rude to me when I went to get my deposit back and would not give it back or show me any paperwork I signed! I called news channel 13 and BBB! Also I was supposed to be financing around $40000 give or take thousand or two with my trade in that they were supposedly giving me 4000 - 5000 over what I owed. Truck sticker was 46000! Then I just received letter in mail from one of the banks they tried through and they were charging me almost $52000!!! I will post reviews everywhere I can about this horrible experience to a very loyal customer and go out of my way to inform people of these crooks at nemer cjdr queensbury! For the record I have bought a 2012 edge from nemer Ford then we also bought our 2012 ram 1500 from nemer queensbury and We also bought a 2014 ram 1500 from nemer Saratoga! This would have been 4th vehicle and the last two times have been despicable! Way to treat your loyal customers when most people live paycheck to paycheck. I literally bounced a check because I honestly didnt expect them to cash my 500 check 3 days later after to loan approved!!!!
