EXCELLENT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Nemer in queensbury and they were in absolute pleasure to do business with. I don't live in the area and they made sure to fulfill all of my needs. The customer service there is excellent! I dealt with Heath in sales and he is fantastic! Don't think twice before choosing your next vehicle from Nemer you will not be disappointed!

I admit the mistake is mine. I should not have signed anything. They took complete and utter advantage of my situation and the fact that I am a woman. They refused to show me anything I actually wanted to see because "the bank wouldn't accept it". I found that I ended up with a car that I didn't need, in a deeper hole. They were shoving papers in my face and told me to hurry up because "Saturday's were busy". The salesman basically told me that he spent a lot of time on me and that I needed to buy something. After we made the deal and financing was approved, I noticed numbers had changed. A LOT. If I wasn't in a desperate situation, I wouldn't have thought twice about walking away. They are slimy and will likely take advantage of you. Please learn from my mistake and do not go here. I do NOT recommend this dealership.

one of the worst experiences iv'e ever had!!!!

I recently tried buying a truck from two salesman R.F. & C. F. They both gave me the runaround,never called back after they both gave me specific times. I first tried the truck out on 1-9-14 where they made there offer. I made a counter offer $500 less then they were asking! I guess that wasnt good enough. I was dealing in good faith (they were not) I could not get either of these people to return my calls (at least 6 or 7) they were always in meetings, out to lunch, etc....) Then C.F. tells me today (1-15-14) that they sent the truck down to the vw dealership, where it sold!!!! I was trying to make a deal on the truck, so why was it sent anywhere? DO NOT go to this dealership!!!!!

Absolutely the BEST!!!!

I just purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Nemer Dodge in Queensbury and had the absolute best experience ever buying a car and keep in mind I have purchased many cars. No dealership was as caring and fought so hard to get me into this car. I am so happy I had the pleasure of dealing with what I think is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. My salesman was Heath and he is absolutely fantastic! I know where I will be making another car purchase in a few years that's for sure. The customer service is just unreal and I couldn't have had a better experience! I will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you AGAIN NEMER DODGE FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

The best customer service!

It may have been the personality of my salesman "David" but the total buying process was pretty seamless and pleasant. I do not look forward to the same old "dickering" process and I did not have to go through this at Nemer. The salesman let me drive home 3 or 4 different vehicles until I was sure of the one I was going to purchase. Everyone there is pleasant and professional. I would definately purchase from Nemer again! After I purchased the vehicle I received in the mail a calendar with my picture on it with my new vehicle, a nice surprise!

Bad experience, taken advantage of, go elsewhere

I contacted a representative from Nemer to set up a test drive in a 2012 Wrangler Sport that I was interested in. I live about 90 miles away from the dealership, so I took a Saturday to go down and take my test drive. While I thought I was the only person interested in this particular vehicle, low and behold the Jeep is sold about 5 minutes before I get there. I did not have any knowledge of this and I am still fuming that the dealership didn't have the courtesy to at least have another similarly priced option lined up for me. Nope. Instead, the pushy salesman throws me into a Sahara edition, with options in it that I didn't want, and convinced me that I could afford it. Despite my questions about what the sticker price was or how much my payments would be, the smooth talking salesman (initials HB) took me through the process, all the while convincing me I was getting a stellar deal. As a 22 year old fresh out of college, I told him I was not going to be able to afford a payment that would essentially put me out on the street. So at this point I should have walked away, but the salesman kept pressing, saying they were going to line me up with stellar financing options and it would be no problem at all. I took the Sahara home for the weekend, and don't get me wrong this thing was loaded and super nice. All the while I had no idea that it was over $10,000 above what I could afford. The whole process was slimy, and when I finally said I was going to walk away and not do the deal, the salesman was merciless. He went right to his computer to see if he had anything else in stock. He suggested some 2013 Sports that he had in stock that were in my price range, but at this point I was so turned off by the whole process I just needed to get out of there. I thought to myself on the way out, "WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE ME DIRECTLY TO THOSE AFFORDABLE OPTIONS FROM THE GET-GO?" I was ticked off, but happy I didn't fall into the trap. I would have been married to that car for 72 months paying an ungodly monthly bill. Lets just say it would have been in the realm of a months rent PLUS utilities. Skip this dealership.

usually have no problem getting an appointment for seervice for when I want even at the last moment, service done in a timely manor and without any problems.

used car

I purchased a jeep grande cherokee that was used and had a problem with the radio. The cd player did not work but after speaking to the manager everything was taken care of and have had more problems since.

Poor Communication

I even know some of the managers and sales that work there and they wouldn't even communicate to me whether or not i was approved. I had to keep calling and they even ignored my phone calls. I ended up going to a different dealership to buy.
