Les Laufer was a great salesperson who helped every step in the purchase process along with Tony Capparelli. Sherri Pacchiano was great in the financing process as well!

Very professional and friendly staff.

Very professional and friendly staff. Marc answered a lot of my questions via email before I arrived. So once I drove the XT4 I was sold. Marc worked quickly and I was out of there with my car in about 2 total hours.

We had a wonderful customer experience with the purchase

We had a wonderful customer experience with the purchase of our new Buick Envision Essence. Seth Lafido was very helpful, professional, friendly, and was eager to make the process of our purchase go smoothly, quick, and easy. I appreciated the check up calls before and after our experience, that made us feel that he was prepared and cared that we the trip home ok and everything was working out so far with the Buick! Sherri, the finance manager was also great! She was also very professional, informative, understanding and very helpful getting the sale finalized with ease! We love our vehicle so far and would definitely recommend Cadillac if Naperville to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle!

Purchased Cadillac Lyriq from Cadillac of Naperville in February 2024. I was shopping for EV SUV and checking Cadilliac Lyriq along with other EVs. Mark Heffner worked with me throughout the purchase process making it was smooth and easy. Mark Heffner was knowledgeable and suggested the right options while not being pushy for the sale. After purchase Mark H reached out to check if I needed any help making it overall a pleasant experience. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My pregnant wife has a 09 Escalade they didn’t want to buy from her but did want to do work for 3k. A day later sensor came back on and cracks just appeared on our tire. Well they went to weld it and broke the tire and couldn’t even get tire back on. Director Jose Rodriguez had a 3 min conversation before telling me car was junk and calling cops to kick me off property, funny thing is he still never even gave me keys when officers told me to leave. He refused to give any information and said talk to my lawyers. I did some digging and found president and ceo Frank Laskaris who was a joy as well and after 3 minutes before he hung up he said get my car off his property before it’s towed. I go to pick my truck up and a cops there again because they lied about threats to keep me off the property. Terrible business by selfish greedy leaders my wife has been going there for 15 years and I’m happy she can finally see how they’ve been ripping her off. Both made it seem like I was trying to screw them over and was broke when we needed a car they never even tried selling us a car all this time so bought a Denali the same day and will never be involved with anything Cadillac ever again due to the xxxx in Naperville Illinois. Go report this to cops too boys. It’s men like these that destroy business because of their greed and arrogance
