I’ve had the privilege of dealing with Ray Gandurski for the past decade, during which time I’ve bought or leased Cadillacs including XT5s and Lyriqs. I just recently picked up the car of my dreams….a 2025 black Lyriq wrapped in Pearl Light Green. It is the most beautiful and distinctive car you will ever see. Ray personally oversaw the entire process until it was done to perfection. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Ray has become more than a car salesman. From my first interaction and purchase, he’s become a trusted friend. I have never felt “sold” to but “advised,” never pushy, but consultative. His commitment and genuine care for his clients are unparalleled. What’s more, Ray’s support doesn’t end with the sale. He remains readily available for questions or whenever there is an issue with my vehicle which is rare. If necessary he works closely with service department to ensure quick and competent solutions. I was actually looking to purchase another car, but ended up seeing another Cadillac to my liking. Aaron, Bennett, and Sherrie made my simple deal even more easy with their outstanding customer service. Treated me like family and we even watched the Kentucky Derby together after the deal was done.
