    Bobby was our salesman, l found a car with everything we wanted on the vehicle. I've been looking at Cadillac's for months and every time we found what we wanted it was sold before we could arrange to get to it. I emailed the dealership the evening I found the vehicle, Bobby called the next morning as I had a few questions about it. Within 15 minutes after our first call he had my answers and we set an appointment to take a look at it. When we showed up to look, the car had been completely detailed and ready to go. As we were waiting on paperwork just about everyone working at the dealership stopped by Bobby's office to introduce themselves. My wife and I were treated with utmost respect the whole time we were there. I've never been treated that well at ANY dealership I've ever been too. Definitely will be back to look when another car is needed!! Thank you Naperville Cadillac!!!

    I was working with a sales associate for about a week over e-mail and talked with the sales manager to schedule a visit. When I arrived I learned that the car I was interested in was being used as daily driver by one of the employees and had over 2,000 more miles than advertised. The car was not in condition to be shown since it was being driven every day. After test driving the car it seemed like the transmission was not shifting properly. Overall, it was not worth my time.

    Recently worked with the very professional and pleasant service staff at cadillac of naperville. Bonnie was great and working with Mark Klodzinski service manager was a pleasure. The address my needs immediately and were always very curteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to bring my recenlty purchased used vehicle to cadillace of naperville! Great service department team!

    We understand the frustration you felt getting the tire pressure monitoring system fixed and apologize for the run around you went through. Sometimes when a client has a non manufacture center work on a car and then have us review it we are always cautious to not cause additional cost to them. Although the tire installer was in and around the area of failure, we felt that if GM requested additional proof of failure we were in a good spot to assist you.     By far the most rude disrespectful dealership I have ever seen!! I called about a chevy equinox I had money down, pre-approved from my bank, everything ready. You would think they would want a sale guess not! We had asked 1 question..why did the previous owners trade it in. Normal question right? Well Jeremy the manager was very rude, called my fiancé ignorant said he wouldnt sell us the car terrible!! He obviously needs to take a class on customer service. So now I will take my business and money somewhere else!

    This dealer is by far the most courteous, proffesional and pleasant to work with. I have bought several cars in the past through dealerships however this group of people stand out amongst the rest! I am truly impressed and completely won over. I had the great pleasure of purchasing my Certified Pre Owned Cadillac coupe through Pam who is a joy, Paul "coach" Litwicki who is just an amazing person to talk to, Tim Gehr who works with the buyer to make the deal happen and is transparent which is rare in this industry. Finally Carlos Alvarez who is detailed in breaking down the bill of sale and being very knowledgeable and personable. You all have made a life long loyal customer!
