Mike McNeal is the best saleman at Matthew's!! He goes above and beyond to help you and I refuse to work with anyone else for my car buying needs. I met Jarrod upon arriving for my first Service appointment. He transitioned me in smoothly. Closed out my stay by explaining the services performed along with costs. He answered all my questions with patience and warm demeanor. The Service area is a bit congested, but it was busy.. that’s the way it gets. Everyone is willing to assist with any questions and/or concerns. I will return for next scheduled service.

Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only thing that I would have changed would be being able to get the car that day. We all have busy life’s and having to do it on two days is too much.

Not sure why this dealership AND the 1 vehicle I was looking at 2024 Kia Seltos Mars Orange, VIN KNDEUCA73R7573695, is listed as no accidents, the CarFax shows no accidents yet I run the VIN using NMVTIS and it shows this vehicle involved in a sideswipe collision WITH airbag deployment. Also a record of total loss.

I've been going to Matthews for 8 years now. Only once was I disappointed in my service experience, and Mike Savage was very willing to meet with me to correct the discrepancy in my bill, to my satisfaction. Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car. Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me. Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews ! I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews.
